Potentially the best dinner we have ever had! Took the family to celebrate our son’s college graduation. Fabulous menu, service, the steaks were perfectly cooked and every salad and side was delicious.

Food was phenomenal! Service was ok. Waitresses were very pushy with appetizers and sides. Probably trained to push to sell but was a bit over the top. We ate as much as we could for $400! 😂

When I made this reservation on Open Table 3 weeks prior there was no indication whatsoever that it was for a “Mother’s Day Buffet” the lamb and steak were incredibly under seasoned. The deserts were not good. For $89 a person I believe we could have had a much more enjoyable meal from the main menu.

The so called “experience” offering for Mothers Day was weak, limited food offering! Prime Rib was still VERY Rare! Regular food menu hits the mark all the time!

Not the best experience. We have been to brunch at Pampas several times but this one was disappointing. The Prime Rib was almost raw and, while the waiter was happy to bring my slice to the kitchen to cook further the result was not great. Side choices were not great. Shrimp cocktail on the other hand was plentiful and good. They did run out of my wife's favorite chocolate cake when we were there (1PM) so I had to take away some points for that. For $89/person I would have expected perfection and this was far from that. Probably will not return for another brunch event.

The food was very good. I would rate the appetizer a bit lower than the main course and dessert because it did not impress as much. Rick, who waited on us along with a lady were very good servants and took good care of us.

As usual, our dining experience at Pampas was delightful. Ken and Gustavo provided superb service and our food was delicious. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Pampas provided a huge slab of their wonderful confetti cake for our table. All in all, Pampas afforded us a wonderful evening.

Pampas is a great experience. We had a wonderful dinner with 3 people. Service was top notch and very attentive. The menu is large and all items are great. Have been there multiple times. It can get loud as it’s busy and we were there on a Friday night. Staff is obviously well trained and while not cheap it’s a great special occasion place. Large portions and lots of to go boxes.

As always, food and service were exceptional. We usually go on a Saturday night but going Sunday night was a very pleasant experience. Not as busy or noisy and that's what we were in the mood for. Rick is an excellent server, he has taken care of us before. The fried lobster tail and bone-in ribeye were delicious and the creamed spinach and cippolini onions are always a scrumptious accompaniment to the meal!! And Creme Brule for the finish!

Celebrating my Birthday and they did nothing! Considering before tip our meal was $275 that’s so disappointing. 12oz double cut didn’t have as much flavor as my 8 oz filet. Broccoli awful. Caprese salad - tomatoes not ripe. Rick lacked personality and when asking about celebrating a birthday he asked if it was actually my Birthday - interesting statement/question. Bar was extremely loud which detracted from the experience. Also apparently a party of 80 was there which greatly delayed our food. This was our 2nd attempt at trying to enjoy the restaurant. We will not be back when there are many other Steakhouses in our area.

Our Waitress Maryanne and Alex (assistant) were great. Even the bread guy was friendly. Food is always top notch and since it was our anniversary, they made it even more fun.

It had been some time since we dined here and I was looking forward to it. Requested some level of privacy in my reservation, yet we were sat in the middle of the room. Billy and Joel were our servers and were wonderful, though after discussing wine and ordering a second old fashioned, Joel seemed to get pulled away. I never received my drink and it was a struggle to get the wine ordered after our food arrived. My wife’s Brick was served without the blue cheese she’d ordered and it was taken back for that. Ordered my Tomahawk med-rare; 90% of my steak was too rare to enjoy. Overall disappointing. There are too many excellent steak restaurants in this area to repeat this experience.

Pampas is by far one of the most superior restaurants. Service, food, atmosphere are wonderful. Every time we come to Pampas, sitting at the bar or a table, we leave thinking why don't we do this more often.

I went to Pampas for the first time with my boyfriend for my 35th birthday celebration and it was absolutely fantastic! Service was fabulous and the food was soooo good! I will definitely be returning again!

My wife and I were looking for a new place for our upcoming anniversary. We found this place from Atlanta eats and it did not disappoint. The food and service were amazing. Highly recommend the empanadas as a starter!

This was our first time at Pampas, and I chose it to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. The service was outstanding; thank you so much Stephen and Billy for a memorable night! The steaks and side dishes were amazing. We ordered the Brick and a Filet Mignon, both were seasoned and cooked to perfection. We didn't ordered any sauces as both my husband and I strongly believe that when a good piece if the meat is cooked to perfection it shouldn't need anything else, and they didn't. We also ordered appetizers: oysters and Peruvian Ceviche. Unfortunately, the ceviche was extremly disappointing. Although the portion served was generous, it had an overwhelming flavor of lime and onions; true Peruvian Ceviche has a mild balanced flavor. We will definitely be coming back to Pampas for their amazing steaks.

We have been long time customers & fans of Pampas & loved the restaurant. Not sure what has happened there lately but last Saturday we had the most disappointing experience there ever. We ordered the same things we like there & they were totally unacceptable. The grilled provolone was barely done. Ordered 2 filets medium they were grossly over cooked, way past overdone & frankly inedible. My baked potato was overcooked. The new manager approached us & apologized & offered to "adjust" our check, but of course it never happened. Might be time to find a new favorite steakhouse.

Outstanding meal, service, and experience. Will return again. The “Brick” filet was amazing and is easily overlooked due to the name not leaping off the page. My girls had the scallops and all were very happy. Bananas Foster for dessert was another stunning dish. The wine list is excellent and well priced. I highly recommend Pampas for any occasion.

Stephen and Ale were outstanding servers. I took my wife Ashley to Pampas for her birthday and they had a card on the table before we arrived. Just handled the small details and made the overall dining experience first class. Obviously the food was great, but the service was equally on par. I would highly recommend Pampas.

We have been going to pampas for a number of years now. Always excellent. But the last two times we've seen a noticeable drop off and the quality of the food. Starting with something as simple as the bread which now has some pastry type bun. But also the entrées are below standard

The food was spectacular - water creat salad, the filet mignon, and truffle scalloped potatoes are a must! The ambiance (lighting, decor, and live pianist/vocalist) set the mood for a romantic and intimate dining experience. The service was above and beyond. Ask for Ashley to be your server - she is FANTASTIC. The crème brûlée and birthday cake are delicious dessert options!

Service was outstanding and food was delish. A bit pricier than expected. Over $400 for just two of us! My son’s rib eye was a bit under done but they fired it back up and it was fine after. Wish it wasn’t as pricey. But well worth the date night I had with my 24 yr old eldest son.
