The food and service were good. Although we made our reservation a week before our reservation we were placed in a secondary dining area, which wasn't as good as the main restaurant. The food here is consistently good as well as the service. It is expensive, but we think it is worth it for special occasions, if you can afford the cost. Dinner for two, with two sides, two cocktails and 2 appetizers was ~$260.00 including tip.

3rd time here and it never fails to exceed expectations. Steaks are always cooked perfectly, services is fast and the wine selection is one of the best.

We have celebrated my wife’s and my son’s birthdays at Pampas for many years, and last night our experience was exceptional once again. Every aspect of our visit was wonderful-especially the service by our waitstaff-Erin and Alex! All of their steaks are first rate, but I dare say you will not find a better New York strip anywhere. Bravo Pampas!!!

Pampas always has the most incredible staff, the best atmosphere and overall the best in class cuisine. It really is the little things that make our time there special. Since it was my 2nd wedding anniversary with my wife they had a signed card by all of the staff. Additionally the chocolate cake they served is legendary. I would highly recommend Pampas to anyone that is looking for a next level dining experience.

After submitting the review below I got a call from the restaurant. Lyndsee, when out of her way to make up for our experience. She is a great testimony to excellent customer service!!! Here’s the original review, “Our primary server spoke very fast making it hard to catch all that was being said. We ordered a Tomahawk to try something different. We did not like as much as our normal filet. It was very nice to be offered a birthday cake, but neither my wife and I prefer white cake. Perhaps offering a choice of white or chocolate could be done? The white cake was very good, though. Finally, when we got home the bag we had only had left over cake and none of our meal. We don't know how this happened. We thought everything was in one bag, but there very well could have been a second bag.”

Food was absolutely delicious! We had a 3 person team waiting on us and received the bare minimum service. Waited well over 10 minutes before anyone approached our table to greet us. Many simple requests were never fulfilled or took asking more than once- straw, sweetener, etc. Saxophone player was too loud. However, ahgin- the food was fabulous. Steaks cooked and seasoned perfectly. Baked potato was hot and perfectly cooked. Spinach soufflé was fabulous. Creamed corn was wonderful and the bread was hot and soft.
