Had a reservation but still had to wait 15 minutes. If you are looking for a really nice cut of beef I would go somewhere & order a nice steak. Food was very plentiful & the experience- once we were seated- was okay but we felt rushed. Waiter encouraged us to go to salad bar before we ever got our cocktails. They immediately started coming to our table with meat. Some of which was decent- like filet mignon but several cuts were tough, overcooked, had gristle.

Our experience started off well with a 50% off coupon. However, everything changed when the waitress arrived with a glass bottle of Tuscany water. Being a “higher” end restaurant my wife and I assumed it was free since there was no mention of it costing anything and no menus were delivered. We were parched from our outdoor adventures in Vegas and not seeing water for days we decided we wanted another bottle. Then, we ordered the buffet and at the end of the dinner the waitress showed us a delicious plater of desserts and was about to have us order all 5 of them. I had to ask to make sure they were included in the buffet and it turns out they weren’t… ok, we will get one at $12 then. Then we received our bill and saw the bottle of water was $7 each. Not the best experience and it was difficult to understand what meats you were receiving because the foreign accents were too strong. Also, we never received the lamb we requested… just saying.

Advertise 29.99 rodizo with 1hr unlimited bud light from 8p-10p but didn’t want to honor it. Our reservation was at 845. Server was great!! Meat was gross. You could tell they were the meats that were on sale bc it was about to be past the best used by date.

We had to wait to be seated upon arrival, however the wait was not that long. The waiter was very energetic and clear with the his description of how Pampas works. The sides buffet was small, yet sufficient. The servers began to come around with the meats, once we were seated with our plates (Side Note: Grab two plates One for sides. One for meats.) The meats were all delicious. Even the chicken -apple sausage. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant. As someone had recommended it to me.

Expérience globale très bof, nourriture OK sans plus, 0 ambiance, notre serveur était bien gentil mais disons que pour un resto de Vegas c'était TRÈS ordinaire, poulet ultra sec, boeuf ne goûtait rien, nous avions rabais avec Hilton qui nous ont laissé croire que nous avions un privilège pour un souper à 50% de rabais...bref, nous aurions pu aller manger à tellement d'autres endroits. En 20 min nous étions parti...bref, je ne recommande pas!

We had an amazing lunch with an excellent buffet table. Our server was Izzy. She was very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend dining at Pampas.

We had a wonderful experience having lunch at Pampas. Izzy was our server and she was pleasant and very accommodating. Rico brought the meat to our table and he was excellent. The buffet was well stocked and everything we sampled was delicious. Highly recommended!!!

The restaurant was very good. Server had trouble conveying how the process worked to the group. Salad bar not labeled well. Our non beef attendee ordered lobster for main dish - very small portion and costly. Final bill was incorrect, charging for 1 additional meal we didn’t order. Overall, really liked the servers with the skewers, the rest was not up to what I’d seen in reviews. We did have a great, private room - that was great.

Amazing experience! Large selection for the Rodizio lunch, but certain meats we only saw once (I'm looking at you, chicken apple sausage!) Will make this a Vegas staple from now on!

This was the first time we dined for lunch and it was good but not as good as dinner. Lots more selections at dinner with better preparation. I’d definitely go back for dinner but probably skip their lunch.

The service was weird. I was not a fan of the robot. Waiters and meat servers would take up to 10 min in between bringing different meats. The food taste was not so great, some items they said it was midium and were more like well done. Some meats were very dried or very rare. The meats did not have enough seasoning and the ones that did have way too much. The spicy top sirloin was mushy which gave it an off texture. Overall It was not was I was expecting from a Beazilian Steakhouse.

Pampas staff was delightful but obviously short on personnel. I would think a business owner should limit customers in order to not run their staff ragged and provide a good dining experience. We sat for over an hour before getting more than 3 items from the menu to come around to our table and others had the same issue. But the biggest bummer of the whole thing was that the meat wasn't very good. The sausage and the spicy top sirloin were the best.

They didn't come around very often, the variety of meat was not great nor was the quality. The salad bar is lacking on offerings and quality as well. I have been to many Brazilian rodizio's and this one was my least favorite. I will not be going back.

Had high expectations, salad bar was fresh and plenty of options. The Meats, which should have been the highlight was sorely disappointing. Either overcooked or undercooked. Also, the servers were far and few between. Overall a disappointing meal, definitely not worth the price.

We went for lunch and got there pretty close to opening. Apparently none of the meat was ready because it was SO slow! Our waitress was mediocre but definantely didn't provide good service or keep our drinks full. I think it was because we didn't want to pay for bottled water and we had a discount from our hotel. RICO.... one of the chefs was AMAZING and so fun to chat with. Once he started serving meats, we got all we wanted and he was fast!

We had 2 free meal we were told that we had to pay for drinks which was 13.00 and some change and gratuities after we gotten ticket we still owed 46.00 plus change they charged us 26.00 of gratuities off a free meal 18% which should have came from just drinks if that’s the case your meal not free if still charging me like I paid for the whole entire meal when I ask the girl she couldn’t explain just gave me back my change they is a rip off so don’t get anything free from the people that sales you time shares because if I didn’t have enough to cover that then what trust me the food is not good it’s salty and you get only certain meats you be better off eating canes,

The dishwasher must have been broken or no soap was used. Plates were filthy. The whole stack was dirty. Server fumbled and dropped his big knife while slicing the meat and almost hit my arm. I asked for water with no ice. I got ice water. Waiter needs to listen. Food was tasty- service was POOR. The mandatory tip percentage was 18%. I totally disagree. The servers, waiter and even manager provided horrible service. Never was there an apology for the inconvenience. Such poor customer service. Will not go back. Even if it’s free, as you will still be charged the 18%tip. I like to enjoy my dining experiences- not fear them with getting cut by a knife or eating off dirty plates. Yuk.

It seemed like they forgot about our table. We were out in the corner, behind the photographer and it was an awkward area to try to even sit. Additionally it was my husbands birthday and we brought a cake to be stored. We overheard the servers saying the lost the cake, and then they brought the cake out before we even got water food or other service. Also the water is 6.99???? They never mentioned that we had to pay for water… but the salad buffet was also incredibly small for the price, and they don’t rotate the meats equally, we had the sausage come out three times as much as the mignon, not a lot of variety in the meats. Wouldn’t go again tbhhh

We decided to come here to eat dinner for our 20th anniversary. We’ve been here a few times in the past and the experience & food was amazing. Unfortunately on this occasion they fell short. From where they sat us to the food being over cooked & dry. Not sure if I would want to go back in the future.

We had a FABULOUS experience at Pampas Las Vegas! The "salad" (because it included soups, chili, rice, breads, etc.) included dozens of items -- and would have made a meal in and of itself. I tend to be a fast eater and I really appreciated how the spacing of rotisserie-grilled meats made me slow down and enjoy my meal even more. Now, not every meat item was flawless, but with skewer after skewer of beef (all cuts -- the tri-tip was especially tasty!), pork, ham, sausages (fresh and smoked), chicken, etc., everyone should be able to find plenty to love!
