The style of the all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse brings much to explore in taste, as we provide 17 different cuts of meat, from Lamb chops, Ribeye, House Picanha and others; With the addition of our Grilled Pineapple and House special Garlic Bread.
Keep in mind, that we have a vast salad bar with an amazing variety of food, that also has Shrimp and other amazing options!

Definately not worth $72. Meat was good. The Side bar was not very good. It was very hot and our waiter did not really know what he was doing. Did not have a good soda selection and the drinks were just ok. I will not be returning and will not be referring anyone, it is way to expensive for the food you get.

We had a reservation at 6 we arrive 15 minutes early, check in and get told to sit. At about 620 I ask what’s going on because several people were seated before us and the hostess never even checked us in. We were about to leave when they finally sat us 45ish minutes later. Put a bit of a sour mood on the meal. Service was otherwise good food was also good.

Google maps took us to the old Pampas on Merchant st. They need to change it online and delete the old Pampas. We got to our reservation a bit late. It was a busy Mothers Day had a reservation for 3. It took about 15-20 minutes to get a table. The greeter was nice and was handling the high pace environment at the front well. The meats were delicious and very well seasoned. The downfall about this Brazilian steak house was the lack of selections of food at the salad bar. Comparing to other Churrasco places I’ve been to in the Bay this place lacks more food to choose from. Overall, the price is way too much for the numbers of food available. I gave the star ratings to the servers and how well the meats were cooked.

Service wasn’t good kept waiting for over 20-30 minutes for every single thing , 20 minutes to get drink orders ,30 minutes for drink to arrive to table , 30 minutes to get check to pay at the end of meal , waiter over charged us by double , then 20 minutes later for him to correct receipt. Bathrooms were not working . Kitchen was a mess . Buffet had a lot of low portions of food . Wasn’t very organized .

It was a lovely experience, the food was Delicious, all the staff was great. So many Choices of food. The atmosphere was elegant, it’s so nice to have another really nice restaurant in Vacaville. I recommend & will visit again.

Wish the salad bar had more options. First time eating at this one and was comparing to a rodizio in Salt Lake City. I was a little disappointed with the options at the salad bar especially for the price being paid per person.

Food was good and not what I expected. They were short staffed and we never got a server for drinks or water. My wife and I had to get up ourselves to ask for drinks several times. Meat came out like dance as the waiters were in sequences they gave the cuts out to tables. Would try it again if they had full staff, they did take off dessert and a drink from bill due to lack of service. Overall not bad but not worth the money we spent for the experience.

Upon arriving at Brazilian steakhouse the ambience, the quality of the food. The service was immaculate. I must say it was my first time and I really enjoyed myself. Thank you and continue the good service that you have.

Excellent service. Meat was deliciously seasoned. Salad bar could be better, but was very clean & well presented. The bread, which I normally love, was too hard. Highly recommend :)

This is a great find in Vacaville! You definitely get your money's worth eating at this place. Sumptuous steaks, pork, chicken.....a crazy good salad bar, and hot dish buffet add to the experience. Come here hungry! They also have a full bar. Great place for families. Looking forward to returning, again and again!

Salad bar looked like it came from sams club or costco. Selection horrible. Meat had no flavor, and was cut very large and was very chewy. Most was rare, not much of a selection of medium or well done. Pineapple was good. Price was outrageous for what we got. Desert and drinks extra cost. Went to a Pampas in Mexico and loved it. Ambiance fantastic. Selection of food bar superb, pastas, deserts, pizzas, soups and choices for kids. Meat cut extremely thin and had a delicious flavor. Price was 1/3 of the cost for worse food, worse selection here in Vacaville. Will never go again here. Was not worth it at all. Very disappointed!!!

For 3 adults bill was $230+$14+ which is 20% tip. The meat, except the lamb, was meh, some overdone. The waiters didn't care to keep our water glasses full and dessert was extra fee so I skipped that. For $77 each I'd rather go to a real steak house and get a fabulous meal. The salad bar was clean and items were great. Warm pineapple with cinnamon/sugar glaze was unique. I won't go back. To me, the value wasn't there but never know until you go.

This is my second time at the Vacaville location. The first time I brought my employees for a work dinner and the entire team really loved the entire experience. The second time was last night for the Tuesday couples deal with my husband for a belated birthday dinner. He absolutely loved it as well. Great food, service, and we got a wonderful free dessert for his birthday. My favorites were the candied bacon, roasted pineapple and the lemon blueberry cake. I’m not much of a red meat eater, but I did try some and it was delicious. My husband really enjoyed the steaks. He said there wasn’t one he didn’t love. I look forward to my next visit.

This is our second time to Pampas and as expected, the staff outdid themselves! We really enjoyed all of the selections, from the salad bar, soup bar, and of course the main reason you come to a Brazilian Steakhouse: the wonderful selection of meats. But I must say, our experience was enhanced by the folks who served us throughout the evening. From our awesome hostess Katelyn, to our servers Melissa, Texeira, and Marcio (who kept the skewers coming non-stop!) - this is why you come to Pampas. It was a combined birthday dinner for my wife and father in-law, and they remarked it made turning a year older so much easier to accept! We did "train" my mother-in-law to turn over her go/stop card more frequently (which was an accomplishment). Having lived in SF for most of my life, there are two prominent Brazilian steakhouses that come to mind that I have patronized. While nice in their own right, Pampas beats them by a mile for the simple fact your atmosphere is relaxed, unpretentious, and the service is truly second to none. Thanks to everyone who made our visit special!

I’ve been here 2 times and it seems inconsistent. The first time the food was good and plenty of it. The second time the servers were not staying up with drinks and requests for meat. The gaucho’s were very pushy and almost rude when they were cutting and serving the meat.

My favorite place to dine in Solano County. The staff delivers excellent service and aims to please by asking if we have any particular request. The food never disappoints from the meats, to the salad bar, and especially the grilled cheese with honey. My wife and I make it a point to eat here at least Monthly. We are never disappointed and highly recommend Pampas.

My wife and I had our first experience at this restaurant last night. We made reservations for Tuesday evening because I had been informed that this was the time to get the 2-for-$100 deal. The dining room is a good size and it was full at 6 PM. The servers were VERY prompt--almost at a run--and the food was absolutely delicious!! I would strongly suggest that you only eat here if you are a carnivore. There is an excellent salad bar, but the wonderfully prepared meats are the main course. Therefore, do not overdo the salad bar, even as tempting as it is. We did run into one glitch on the bill (an overcharge) which the management rectified, though this did put a small damper on the evening. Hence, caveat emptor: please be sure to check the ticket which they present you to sign, assuming you are paying with a credit card. Recommendations: download a copy of the menu (you do not get one in the restaurant) and use it to request and check off the various meats the servers bring by; and be sure to have some of the superb breads (cheese and garlic), plus the shrimp. Overall, I would rate our experience as a 4.75-4.9. We will undoubtedly go again, though probably more-or-less for special occasions.

We only had to wait about ten minutes for our reservation to be ready but it wasnt bad at all. We were quickly seated and the waiter explained the experience. The Merlot wine went perfect with all the different meats and the salad bar was clean and in order. Excellent food, Excellent service!

I’ve been to several Brazilian steakhouses. I felt that Pampas was good, but not the best. They forgot my drink order, at one point served unfiltered tap water that had a very “treated” flavor, and the meat was often surprisingly only lightly seasoned. The quality of the meat was generally good, though more on the rare side than I’ve typically seen. The service was pleasant and polite. Enough misses and near misses that, for the price, I can’t wholeheartedly recommend.
