Our server never checked on us our drinks never got topped off . Till I asked a different person. Our server left to some other event. The replacement server till this day. I never saw him. Oh but on my bill he's name did come up. He did collect my 20.oo tip. I know tip should have been more. But he's lucky I gave that. ONLY KOOL PERSON WAS A GUY COMING AROUND OFFERING MEATS .

Very nice place … the meats are very good and the salad bar is great. It’s on the pricier side but it’s worth it. Service was great .

I really wish the attention from the server was better. Went almost a whole hour without a check in and had to solicit a manger to get things back on track. For a first time visit that was disappointing 😔

The side buffet was lack-luster. The cheese bar cheeses still had cling film and packaging/barcodes from the store on them. Hot sides were just OK. Akin to hotel convention catering. The meats were all tender and tasted good. The restaurant itself is huge. We were sat in a large mostly empty section. We debated on whether the decorations were made for this new spot or holdovers from the old ClaimJumper that was here. We all agreed that it was mostly holdover stuff form the old restaurant, as none of it gave off a Brazilian steakhouse vibe. Then there was the service. Our busser seemed more prepared than anyone to actually help our table. Our server was awkward and didn’t know answers to any of our questions. She also was pretty pushy with drink sales. (Mom asked about their Brazilian lemonade and instead of explaining what it was the server just added it to the tab - I had to step in to clarify what was in it and once we finally got an explanation, mom changed her order to a diet coke. Without asking they brought a bottled regular coke to the table - which I then took, and we ate the cost on). Only after everyone had placed a drink order did we get our hands on a drink menu (which we had to ask for). Overall a very disjointed and unenjoyable service. I was astonished by the final price. Without sharing the cost of the meal we asked what our guests would have paid for the experience, and even though our moms enjoyed their meals overall, nobody in the group said they would have paid more than $40-$50 a person for what ended up being $80 a head. Won’t be coming back. A real shame- this place looked great!

Lamb was not fresh charged 240 after we didn’t even eat our dinner and refused to credit Bill 243.00 for salad

We came for Mother’s Day 2024. This was surprisingly not packed, but it seems they had a few growing pains from their opening around Valentine’s Day and scored some bad reviews which might have kept some people away. I believe this is their newest location. Starting with the salad bar, they had decent selections: Caesar salad, cold cuts, assorted chilled vegetables and sides, as well as a small warm food buffet of beans (mislabeled as beets?), a potato dish, salmon, and some other Brazilian accoutrements. Missed the grilled pineapple I’ve seen in other places. At the table they served a delicious garlic mashed potato dish and Brazilian bread popovers, definitely got seconds of those! The meat came out almost too fast, but it was better than waiting around. The best cuts are definitely the capricanha top sirloin and the garlic beef. There was also lamb chop, filet mignon, bacon wrapped steak and bacon wrapped chicken, ribeye, and a few other cuts all cooked to our request. I didn’t see more exotic stuff like chicken heart or other internal organs. Ambiance was not bad, I think this used to be an old steakhouse, and they might have kept someone of the old decor. Parking was really easy, there’s a parking garage on the same block, across the street. Service was great, our waiter was attentive and offered to store the cake we brought and store it in the fridge until we were ready. We were rushed a little at the end since they were sending him home, gratuity was included since we were a part of 6.

Not worth the cost. Just go another steakhouse and save yourself hundreds of dollars.

Some dishes at the salad bar were never refilled so I didn't get to try them. Chicken & meats were excellent, say no to the spicy sausage & parmesan pork loin. Margarita was underwhelming but the servers were nice & friendly. Plenty of food for the price point, will try again.

Honestly this was such a big waste of time I would never do it again, like ever, everything about this place was a disappointment highly do not recommend
