Our server was fantastic. Checked if we wanted anything specific and had those servers come over. Love that they have a lot of gluten free options and all their salad bar is marked with ingredient lists.

Took some time to get a server but once that was sorted out everything was great including server checking in to see if we were getting the selections we wanted.

The food is excellent, pricy, so its definitely just for special kind of occasions. Our server, did not get her name (slender, beautiful lady) was beyond fantastic. She was just so pleasant, big great smile the whole time. She made the whole experience memorable. I loved that she gave me something for my bday. Definitely appreciated.

Very disappointed that the Mother's Day price was increased without being posted on the website. Also, I booked a reservation for 14 people over a week ahead. We were seated right next to the salad bar. It was noisy and disruptive. Meanwhile, there were many empty tables away from the salad bar. We won't be back.

This was a great experience…. I wanted to take a close friend out for a nice dinner and was very satisfied with my decision to take her to Pampa's. Service was great and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing! I definitely will be a returning customer 😁

Felt like a buffet with the salad options left paying around 450 for 5 people $ but it didn’t even feel like it was worth it, yes you get meat but you’d be better off going and spending the same amount at a restaurant somewhere else. With $65 a person you really are better off going somewhere and each person getting their own plate of steak etc (even the millionaire steak in cactus would be around $50), The ambiance was also mid felt like you’re in a mid priced restaurant like Olive Garden (no hate to Olive Garden because you pay for what you get each plate is around $20) but when you’re spending $65 a person you wanna feel like you’re in a fancier place, also there’s no booths and everyone is scattered in the middle no privacy as well. Overall mid but it’s an experience I guess.

Absolutely awesome. We weren’t sure what we were getting into and had never been. Almost left when we saw it looked almost buffet style but stayed. So happy we did. The staff were amazing and the food was 10/10. New favourite place!

We all enjoyed our dinner at Pampa, although none of us have big enough appetites to really make it worthwhile. All the meats that we tried were cooked very nicely, and the servers would specifically ask if there was something we were waiting for, and then ensure it was brought to our table. Our favorites were the bacon wrapped filet, the bottom sirloin and the special Pampa cut. Overall a good experience. The cinnamon pineapple is a nice way to finish off the meal.

Seated us near salad bar and close to where meat comes out of the kitchen, so we were first to get a hot serving. Staff was very friendly and accommodating would go back in a heartbeat.

Good service. Got one round of meat in timely manner. Wasn’t able to get specific meats second time around unless you waited for it to come around again. Not too busy for lunch time. Good selection at salad bar. Mediocre hot food selection.

It was my birthday. While the others at my table ordered dessert, i told the waitress i didnt care for any. I dont normally eat dessert. However , they brought me a mini cheesecake with a happy birthday message written in chocolate on the plate. Then they added 7.00 to the bill for that birthday dessert i did not order. I didnt eat it either!

Went for a birthday celebration! Enjoyed all the meats but wish they had warm sides even just one like mashed potatoes. Overall was great but that would’ve been the cherry on top. Good service and they even brought out a birthday plate

Hi. This was my second experience at a Brazilian steakhouse. First time was in Calgary at a place downtown. Awesome ! Yesterday’s experience was good but meat service came all at once in a short period of time unlike my first experience. Seemed very rushed. It would be nice to have a meat checklist so that you could compare cuts to.

We had such high hopes as everytime we’ve tried to do a walk in it was full- so we finally made reservations to go. The service was good- variety at the salad buffet was ok; but quite limited. Aside from salads there was some cheese bread, garlic toast, mashed potatoes, and a rice dish. Nothing 🤯. The meat did come rather quickly but both hubby and I found all the meat to taste the same. It also tasted iron-like; almost like liver. We didn’t find it had any other flavour profile or seasonings from cut to cut. We won’t be back, not worth the price tag for something we didn’t enjoy.

Our reservation was later, and yes we read there is a last call before we booked; but if they dont intend on serving all selections and keeping the salad bar fresh and topped off till last call, then they should offer compensation. Ie. Dont have bookings later or offer a reduced fee in comparison to offerings. The selection offered was minimal and some already not very fresh. We were asked by our server if there was any other selections before being finished, but I believe it would have been impolite to ask for allthe selections were were not even offered. Not impressed overall.

My favorite thing about Pampa (other than the amazing service and the obviously the meat) is how precisely the items at the salad are labeled with ingredients and allergens. Thank you for an amazing experience.

It’s a lot of money for a dinner out. The meat was fine but not fantastic. Salad bar also not amazing. Liked the flight of drinks but back off on the ice- leave some room for the drink. Dessert not included in the set meal price. Meal, 2 desserts and a few drinks- $400!! Unless you are can really put away the food, it’s not worth it. Can only eat so much….

I wasn't aware that prices had gone up so much. Last time I went to Pampa the meal was $50. It was not worth $65, maybe $55. Most of the meats were dry and overcooked.

The meal was amazing! Everyone had a great time. We did find that the chairs and table were uncomfortable. It was as though the table is too low for the height of the chairs.

Food was amazing, service was fantastic, ambience was a bit overbearing, the restaurant was very crowded and not exactly the ideal atmosphere for a sentimental night out, but certainly not terrible either. Definitely pricey, and much more expensive then a typical night out, however the quality of the food was top notch and very very delicious. Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here.
