Great meal with decent service in a very nice location. Only disappointment was the presence of garlic in a peppercorn sauce ? Spoiled what would have been a five star dinner.

Ordered fillet steak but only comes with mushrooms and tomato. It’s £3.95 for a sauce and £4.95 to add chips All sides are £4.95 or more. Makes it a very expensive steak

Such a lovely place to sit and relax eating dinner to see the horses out as well is so nice. Staff are so helpful and kind. the food was lovely thr restaurant is beautiful inside and the surroundings outside are superb. Would definately recommend to others

Called ahead on the Saturday night to confirm if they do a Sunday roast. Which confirmed they did. I therefore booked table for 12.30 on the Sunday. More so for the Sunday roast. However, when we got there we were told it wasn't ready yet. Which was a little disappointing. We did choose other mains which were delicious. Service is always good on arrival and getting your food and drinks at palominos. However, I have always felt and even on this occasion, trying to get your bill is always difficult. You wait on server coming back but they never do. So you try to call on someone, or then leave your table to find someone. Then when you get your bill. Again there is a long wait for them to come back to you. It's not a massive deal. Just some feedback.

Food was excellent and staff were lovely. Had to wait about 5 mins before getting shown to our table which was right next to the bar area and near the door. It was cold and due to location was a very busy area with customers and staff passing. Was a busy Saturday night so took approx 40 mins total to get served and for food to arrive. Was very noisy which was to be expected due to amount of customers. There was a lot of staff but no one seemed to be organised. We had about 3 different servers. Ordered a second glass of wine and was told by server number 3 that as the bar was busy it could be a while, was still waiting on my drink by the time we were ready to leave. Didn't feel relaxed, probably due to position of the table. Was a bit pricey for what we had but I don't mind paying for good food and it was excellent. Not saying I wouldn't go back, maybe just not on a weekend.

First time here and it did not disappoint, booked for a business dinner with clients and they were very impressed. I will definitely be back Staff awesome and all very polite and friendly but the food and surroundings are amazing

Lovely surroundings. Staff friendly and good service. We enjoy steak and their fillet steaks are first class. However £3.95 is excessive for a sauce to accompany the steak and should be reduced in price.

Had to wait 10 minutes + when we arrived to be shown to a table…fyi this happened several weeks ago when we visited. New menu is not as varied or adventurous as the previous menu and your charge for a glass of pinot is just outrageous. My wife likes the ambience of the place however the lack of vegetarian choices is disappointing for her.

Young girl serving was outstanding. Very cheery, knowledgeable and helpful. Service was slow from kitchen. One of the soup orders was wrong, had to ask several times for the child’s ice cream, a long wait for that. Very expensive for kids meals, £7.95 for macaroni and £7.95 for chicken goujons.

Staff very friendly, maybe a few new staff who need a bit of training, got the wrong starter but quickly resolved without issue. Food very tasty. Didn’t feel rushed at all, overall a very enjoyable evening. One thing I have an allergy to balloons and a party beside us did have balloons and caused me a bit of problem but they left shortly after we arrived. I did not bring this to the attention of the staff but maybe something to be mindful of future diners and maybe only allow foil balloons.

Allocated table for 6 in a very noisy corner of restaurant. Restaurant very busy so no alternatives available. Food very average. Chicken burger wrapped in badly cooked ham. Very few king prawns in the spaghetti dish. Excellent steak pie but pastry very crumbly.

Staff very pleasant and friendly and very efficient. Food arrived in good time and portions very generous and tasty. Maybe not the cheapest but you are paying for lovely surroundings and a plus is you can go into arena and see horses. Will be nice to sit in attractive outside area in good weather. Worth a visit.

Enjoyed a delicious meal with friends. Food was lovely. We had a table overlooking the horse arena. As a group of horse enthusiasts, it was great as we could watch the riders while we enjoyed our meal. Kelly, our server, really looked after us and provided service with a beautiful smile. I am a regular visitor to Palamino’s & feel lucky to have this venue on my doorstep. Thank you ☺️

The food was very disappointing and expensive. Tempura was not crisp and doughy.Scampi was the same. Minestrone soup was poor. Brandy serve red in a tumbler and filled to the top with lemonade. Had to send it back. Staff were pleasant.

Whilst staying on site at Motorhome park we decided to eat on first night. We had king prawns in garlic to share as starter ,then a lasagna and steak pie both of which were well presented and cooked . Both had good flavour. Prices we reasonable for today’s standards, Didn’t have desert as thought they were a little overpriced for the choice .

the girl who severed us got the order wrong we tried ordering the half price family time pizza and pasta delas to end up with one extra pizza pasta that we paid for then two extra fries so ended up with three fries only wanted one not sure if this was a new member of staff but been coming here so long we used to order pizza pasta deal with no problem to be told we all have to orde the same kind if so we could get the other half so wee end up with 2 mac and cheese with black pudding and two half pepperoni pizza only wanted one then another half only wanted cheese pizza and a mac

We had a lovely meal with good service . I only dropped a star as the pasta dish ( spaghetti with prawns ) which was part of the half pizza / half pasta choice was very oily n tasteless with 2 prawns . The restaurant setting & staff were lovely . We have eaten here before and found everything great so maybe just wrong choice of pasta .

staff were excellant always round asking if everything was ok food was lovely going by what i could see pizza was very popular wine was on the pricey side good quality though good choice of cocktails
