Welcome to Palo Santo Rooftop, located next to King Plow. Our rooftop has an amazing view of the West Midtown skyline where you can enjoy our UNIQUE ROOFTOP MENU consisting of sashimi inspired small bites. Paired this with our agave focused bar program and bottle service for an unforgettable experience. Live DJ starts preforming at 9pm. Must be 25+ to enter. The kitchen is open until 11:30 pm.

PARTIES OF 1-4 THERE IS A $30 PER PERSON MINIMUM AND PARTIES 5-6 THERE IS A $45 PER PERSON MINIMUM. FOR PARTIES 7 OR MORE, PLEASE EMAIL US AT EVENTS@BOTANICOHOSPITALITY.COM

Didn’t get to be seated on the rooftop although I booked the rooftop Mother’s Day brunch. But the food was good and we got to see the Mariachi band!

This was overall a terrible experience, because I was never given the opportunity to enjoy my time at this establishment. I made reservations over a week ago and an hour to arriving my reservation was cancelled. No prior notice, I was visiting from out of town and I was also said to pay an additional $30 to be able to get in. All this information wasn’t given to me prior until I was on my way there. Overall disappointed

Palo Santo is my favorite restaurant in the city. They have the absolute best Mezcal and Tequila cocktails. Excellent music on the roof most nights. The food is top notch. It can be a little loud on the weekends but it can also be great for dancing. Friendly staff and the manager Daniel was very accommodating. I would recommend this place to anyone. I also love the smell of Palo Santo and they burn it constantly:)

I took a few of my girlfriends out for a few amazing cocktails and tapas We enjoyed our experience so much! The Hamachi tacos were delicious as well as the bravas Our favorite drink was the Merre Cumbe T Music and ambiance was fantastic perfect for a girls night out on town. Perfect views! The manager Alejandro, was super attentive and very accommodating as we were a bit chilly under the night sky. He was able to adjust the outdoor heater for us to feel super warm arm and cozy. Gloria was our best waitress and she was extremely polite, kind and made our experience that much better, it felt like we had known her for a long time. All cups are made of a durable plastic that looks like glass, we accidentally dropped a drink and were dreading broken glass but all was safe!! Thank you for the experience !!!

Palo Santo is one of my favourite spots specially the downstairs dinnning. The rooftop was not fully open so the experience wasn’t as nice visually as usual. Service is always great, the servers are very nice and attentive. However I will say that the bites at the rooftop are not all that. Plates are very small and the taste is not bad but also not worth the price point in my opinion. They can be a lot better for aprox $20 a piece. But overall it’s always a nice experience

Unfortunately there was some work being done on the rooftop so we couldn’t sit away from the bar, but still a beautiful space and will be back. Ambiance, team were amazing!

This company purposely sent two confirmation text. One for Thursday night and an additional one on the same day for Friday. Making it as if I made two reservations. My husband and i attended Thursday night as that was the night booked. However Friday evening i received a text for a reservation for Friday which I did not make. The automated text is not automated and actually a person who responds ironically . The point in this review is because the cancellation policy is very strict with this restaurant. If you do not cancel within two days they claim to charge your card on file. The additional reservation is very scam like in my opinion. I will not return.

Hello Dear Customer, Thank for your feedback, I wish this was constructive feedback on our food and service. A 1 Star rating for a reservation platform malfunction is not helping our future customers with accurate information. Just to clarify we are in the service and hospitality business not on catching $20 for no shows or missed reservations. These policies are there to help small restaurants with limited seating to reduce no-show ratios and not to scam our customers for $20. Please consider revising your rating based on your experience at our restaurant. Hope to see you back soon.

We booked the rooftop for 8pm after having dinner downstairs. The website said there would be a DJ starting at 8 which was perfect since our group of 4 needed to end the night early to relieve a babysitter. The DJ didn’t start until after 9pm which was unfortunate because we really wanted to have the experience of hearing music and experiencing the full vibe. Otherwise, the food was really good. We were stuffed from dinner downstairs but tried the guac and crispy rice tuna. The crispy rice was out of this world. The dinner downstairs also included 4 mini Paloma tokens which were not light on the alcohol given their tiny stature. We also really appreciated the creative mocktail menu as some of us are not big drinkers. The staff was attentive checking in on us often and asking if we needed additional heaters.
