Palo Santo is a supper club style restaurant and rooftop; influenced by a modern Mexican cuisine and Georgia ingredients, prepared from a wood fire kitchen, located in the west side pumping area inside King Plow.

Went to catch up with a girlfriend our sever was Jess, she was amazing! She Had such great energy, very attentive & making sure we were enjoying ourselves. She was very knowledgeable of menu & even recommended some great cocktails. We would definitely return & to have her as a server again.

The food was very minimal for the cost. The dishes were wide but very shallow so on first glance you think you’re getting a good portion for the $40 you spend per entree and then the fork scraps the bottom before it’s 1 mm into the heavy cast iron fajita style plate that they served their food on. The seasoning was a bit salty on the mushroom and rice dish. My husband had the lobster pasta, neither of us recommend - seriously skip it. The staff were kind, helpful, and teamed together to make sure we had everything you needed. The ambiance was calm and cool. The space is very dark so if it’s hard for you to see, you will struggle reading the menu. We came for our anniversary, we let them know ahead of time, there was no recognition or mention of our occasion. Don’t expect for your special occasion to be acknowledged. This is the first time that an occasion wasn’t even acknowledged. I kind of wish we took our special day somewhere else.

We love Palo Santo! Every time that we when are experiencing is the best!!! Food and drinks are amazing I’m really recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!

Would not return. Food was not good. Was not informed on $35 cake fee. Service was slow on a Tuesday.

We went on a Tuesday which was quiet. I'm told it's often much livelier and has djs on the weekend. The food and service were vary good. It's pretty pricey.

Booked a reservation for 3 for 6 pm around noon same day. Showed up on time and were told that they could not accommodate us due to “large parties”. Said we could sit at the bar. Food was good but very expensive. Bartender was attentive. However, the overall experience pretty much sucked when we were told they didn’t have a table for us. Not to mention there were plenty of empty tables when we arrived and when we left. Amateur hour.

I got the Baja fish tacos and I absolutely enjoyed them. One of my friends is a picky eater and ended up not getting anything so they could add a little more diversity to the menu for picky eaters but I had no complaints. My other friend ordered the pancakes and I'm unsure if she liked them since she only took a few bites but she did take them home.

Staff and service was great! Food was so overcooked and tough. Experience was good thanks to excellent staff!
