Palo Santo is a supper club style restaurant and rooftop; influenced by a modern Mexican cuisine and Georgia ingredients, prepared from a wood fire kitchen, located in the west side pumping area inside King Plow.

Our server Christine took great care of us for a birthday celebration. The food and cocktails were really good, although they were out of several of our initial choices. Dessert took a little while before it arrived, but overall we really enjoyed our time.

Excellent spin on Mexican inspired dishes. Parking is a bit of a hassle- you pay to “valet” in a lot behind the building and walk behind an alley to get to the entrance. But the valet doesn’t actually park your car or bring it up- it’s more of a self-parking situation with a $10 valet fee.

Love love loved this restaurant. Must haves: guac, bravas, carne asada, chocolate bomb. Our server was great and ambience is awesome. Will return!!!

When we went to eat at this restaurant, our experience was unpleasant because we were seated in the center, where people were constantly walking past us, making it difficult to have a conversation. Although the food was delightful, and we enjoyed the cuisine, the seating arrangement dampened the overall experience. The server provided excellent service, but their efforts couldn't make up for the uncomfortable seating.

Went to catch up with a girlfriend our sever was Jess, she was amazing! She Had such great energy, very attentive & making sure we were enjoying ourselves. She was very knowledgeable of menu & even recommended some great cocktails. We would definitely return & to have her as a server again.

The food was very minimal for the cost. The dishes were wide but very shallow so on first glance you think you’re getting a good portion for the $40 you spend per entree and then the fork scraps the bottom before it’s 1 mm into the heavy cast iron fajita style plate that they served their food on. The seasoning was a bit salty on the mushroom and rice dish. My husband had the lobster pasta, neither of us recommend - seriously skip it. The staff were kind, helpful, and teamed together to make sure we had everything you needed. The ambiance was calm and cool. The space is very dark so if it’s hard for you to see, you will struggle reading the menu. We came for our anniversary, we let them know ahead of time, there was no recognition or mention of our occasion. Don’t expect for your special occasion to be acknowledged. This is the first time that an occasion wasn’t even acknowledged. I kind of wish we took our special day somewhere else.

We love Palo Santo! Every time that we when are experiencing is the best!!! Food and drinks are amazing I’m really recommend this restaurant to everyone!!!
