Welcome to Palmer Restaurant + Rooftop!

We are located at the Four Points by Sheraton in Penticton, just off Westminster Ave W.

Mackenzie Hospitality is excited to bring Palmer, our fourth location, to the beautiful Okanagan.

Our Rooftop, is currently open every day from 12pm - 8pm, boasting 180° lake and mountain views over town. The Rooftop has a separate dining experience than downstairs with a pizza forno oven, salads and raw bar style appetizers.

                                                        Veggies were raw except the broccoli. Steak over done. Shrimp were microwave no spices. Rub or other spices on the steaks had adverse affect causing severe headaches for all attendees. Oscar sauce had small pieces of seafood, not as advertised. No one ever asked about allergies. Extremely over price for what was provided. Will not return as better version of the same dishes available in Penticton at a better price and value.

                                                        I revisited Palmer for brunch having previously gone for the 2 for 1 steak dinner. Brunch did not disappoint! I love Eggs Benny and the Crab Cake Benny was delicious. Perfectly poached eggs on crispy crab cakes artfully sauced with Hollandaise accompanied by a generous serving of deliciously crunchy smashed potatoes. Service was great initially when we ordered Mimosas to start but there was a gap until we could order our food. The server was lovely but I think she was the only one working at that point until another joined her. I was delighted to be comped dessert as it was my birthday. The biggest (and not huge drawback) of this restaurant is the level at which the music is played and the type of music. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely return. A great addition to the local dining scene.

                                                        We ordered the smash burger and crab cake benedict for brunch. The burger was everything you’d expect!  Great char, perfect caramelized onions, lots of warm dill pickle, fluffy potato bun and superb secret sauce with a tad of a spicy kick.  Loved it!  I paired it with the Caesar salad - which is always a winner at Palmer!  The eggs were perfectly cooked on the Benedict, the avocado - very fresh, all on top of a crispy crab cake.  Unfortunately, the béarnaise sauce completely lacked the classic flavour of tarragon; which was disappointing.  We’ve noticed that during dinner service with the steaks as well.  I hope they can tweak their recipe.  Still, we can hardly wait to go back again! Meghan was our server; she is so wonderful with all ages and is extremely on-top of her game!

                                                        My friend and I were there for 2:00 pm and had the smashed burger. It was delicious . The young lady serving us was very attentive and fun. She gave me a birthday dessert which was out of this world. I have been there several times . I have a large circle of friends and am telling them all to go and have a meal there. Thanks again for a lovely birthday lunch, and wine. Lil Lohrenz

                                                        Mothers Day is super busy and we expected that BUT the hostess and our server were amazing. Hostess went out of her way to change our table as we had another joining us (who then never showed) and my special request to have flowers that I brought in put on table prior to our arrival was done perfectly. The eggs were not cooked on one plate properly but immediately replaced and perfect. Would recommend and will go again. Thank you to the whole team for making my moms Mothers Day special.

                                                        This was our first time eating here and cannot wait to go back!!! Incredible cocktails and an amazing array of steaks and sauces. And hands down the BEST wedge Salad I've ever had!

                                                        Great service, Food and deals!! Went for the 2 for 1 steak night and had a great time! Our server Sarah was super friendly and very helpful! And the steaks were cooked perfectly! 10/10 experience
