Palace station has been and continues to be an icon of Las Vegas. I was extremely disappointed when the buffet closed. The time to change the menu is clearly upon PS. With a new pool area and cinebarr..the menu at the pool and brass fork must change.

Awesome spot thank you ! Automatic gratuity added to the bill but, the servers were great and attentive even with the two large parties next to us. Highly recommend 5/5

Many things. First of all do not try to book a pool cabana through this site. It will only give you a table reservation and you will be disappointed to find out the hotel needs to do this even though it lets you do it on the site. Secondly, if you try to book a grand suite on their site it will also not work and you must call them because they block everything out even though they are empty. You must call them and even then they will not confirm your reservation until you show up. Upon arrival we were given the grand suite, but at check out they charged us for the upgrade and full amount of the regular room. A 600 hundred dollar slip on their part that if we had not looked and questioned would have been erroneously charged. The pool cabana was good, but the menu was false. There was no memorabilia drinks as advertised and when we ordered drinks or beer they were out? I’m sorry but when a bar cannot provide more than 4 beers and one bottle of wine for a party of 6 all day and tell you that you cannot bring anything in (including water) but must spend 150 dollars to stay its a joke! Eventually after getting pretty snotty with the manager they finally figured out that they actually had to provide service. We spent the day and paid for 2 pool cabanas and had to strong hold them to actually serve us drinks that we were happy to pay for. At the end of the day…. Pool closes at 7:00 pm rather than most pools at 10:00. We left being told that the bottle of wine we purchased could not leave. We spent most of our day communicating with the manager to get service while watching her sit at the empty bar doing nothing and then once we were actually served being told we must leave because the pool closed at 7. Seriously what Pool closes at 7 in Las Vegas? And seriously what bar only stocks 4 beers at a time… on a Monday with NO people? I could have walked across the street to 7-11 and stocked their entire bare before they figured out how to properly serve paying customer.

Pool Staff is the best all around. Very friendly, courteous, attentive Jeremy, Autumn, and Lily are so special!! We love them. They are the reason we do a Cabana Pool Day! We know we will have a perfect day there with their top quality customer service!

This pool is family friendly and a lot of fun. The minimum for day bed is very reasonable. Service was great!
