Pagliacci's Trattoria Tavern in Studio City serves a wide variety of wines, has a premium selection of beer and offers a menu of American and Italian food items. All of the ingredients are fresh. Despite a few minor drawbacks, my dining experience at was thoroughly enjoyable. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The wine selection was impressive, and every sip complemented our meal beautifully. Our server, Jaime, truly enhanced our visit. Exceptionally nice and attentive, Jaime ensured that we had everything we needed, making our meal all the more pleasant. The restaurant's ambiance, however, could use some improvement. Depending on where you sit, the sun can shine directly in your face due to insufficient shading, which can be somewhat uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning wasn't quite up to par, leaving parts of the restaurant a bit warm. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive, and I would gladly dine there again. The quality of the food and the excellent service more than make up for the slight inconveniences.

On a night where every table was full, the service Team did an exceptional job of serving us a great meal. They were down two servers. With a full house. Our food was exceptional. I’ve had Branzino from Studio City to Westlake Village. The Chef prepares the dish with flavor and perfectly cooked. Isaac was the man the lead his back waiters to success. Everyone stepped up and made it a great evening. It could easily have gone the other way if it weren’t for calm attitudes, big smiles and a real desire to please customers.

Very good service and good food. We were there on a Sunday just about opening time, so there was no one yet, so I can’t tell about ambience or noise level.

The chicken breast from Chicken Marsala was overcooked, not tender; other than this, overall the dinner was good!
