Very nice upscale feel. The roof top outside area was awesome. The Wag burger was excellent. Definitely plan on coming back for a date night with the wife.

This place is breathtaking, to say the least. Well appointed decor and thoughtful design. On to of the Westin, which is a beautiful hotel in of itself. Unfortunately when I arrived, I was met with an unpleasant face from the woman at the front desk. She was so unwelcoming that I paused to ask if she was having a bad day. Her ressponse was to roll her eyes. I was so disgusted with her, that I had I not been meeting someone there, I would have promptly left. This young lady will bring down the overall ambience, as customer service is key. Food was tasty and the server was extremely accommodating and friendly.

We had a reservation confirmation number and we struggled to find space for us when we arrived. Table provided barely fits 5 while our reservation is for 8 ppl. After it rained, we asked to move to another table but no one helped. We had to move everything by ourselves. They had a system down and closed everything at 9:30.we couldn’t order drinks or food.when we asked for the manager they said he left then suddenly he showed up to talk to us and secured our drinks only. After ordering the check,they said they can accept only 4 cards but after we debated with them and accusing them for false marketing they were able suddenly to accept more than 4 payment cards. The waiter closed the door at 10:40 while google says they close at 11 and then came to us, started yelling at us and making manners with his hands asking us to leave immediately. Employees are all so rude, nonchalant, unprofessional and mean. This is not what we expected from a newly place that is being that much advertised. This place is not recommended and i can say this is the worst service we’ve ever encountered in all Georgia.

This place has so much potential when they work out the kinks. The service is ridiculously slow - took 30 mins to get our drinks, then another 1 hour for dinner. They need more staff then I think it will be a great spot!

It's been difficult to actually get in this but I finally got a reservation. One elevator area wasn't working so it was a crowd of people fighting and stuffing themselves in one working elevator. Once getting to the 9th floor, my husband and I literally waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a host. After finally sitting down it took another 30 minutes to get drinks and and additional 45 minutes for food. The place was NOT busy whatsoever!! The portion of the food is extremely small! I overhead a gentlemen say he's going to McDonalds afterwards while I was googling open restaurants in the area. The waitress was overly apologetic due to the wait time. Was really disappointed! I live 5 minutes away and thought I would be a regular but I'll stick with Pappadeaux

Our experience was the worse, we were trying to celebrate my husband birthday, and the service from the host, who set us was horable, she left us standing at the host stand for 15 mins while she argued with another waiter, she then proceeded to sit us in a area with high sun, when we asked to move she ignored us for another 10 minutes, we saw a open table and decided to move and another waiter asked us to move. We attempted to just leave and one of the manager saw our frustration and offered us a better table. When we ordered our drinks the cocktail was horrible along with the appraiser . We feel it was best to leave before we ordered dinner, because we didn’t want to Ruin husbands birthday any further. It too bad for such a pretty place in a 5 star hotel to have bad food drinks and service.!!

A little pricey, and a small menu but we had a nice evening. May not go again unless to celebrate a special occasion. Weather turned out nice so we were able to sit on the patio.

The food quality was excellent. The only issue was that the bar and restaurant were backed up, resulting in delays in receiving our drinks and food. Despite this, the overall experience was good.

The service was awful. Waitress was rude, when we ask for the coffee, she answered that tere is no coffee available. But the guests next table overheard her and told us that another table ordered coffee and they so have it. She was just being lazy or didn’t want to serve us! Very disappointed! Music on the other hand was awesome. Stephen Lee band is very professional and made our experience a little better!

It’s the most horrible place you can be The general manager was rude disrespectful and wasn’t willing to accommodate us They took two hours to give us water we order food and drinks. Everything was great I didn’t give it a 5 star because I wanted change and no one in the entire building affiliated with the restaurant had change. Other than that is splendid. Our waitress was great.

They did not honor my reservation on 4/19/24. I showed up 10-15 minutes early to my 11 PM reservation. Upon walking in the hotel the staff asked me where I was going. I told them the rooftop bar. He told me no one else is allowed up. I let him know I have a reservation. He told me they will not honor it and they have been informed to tell guests to not come up. We were looking forward to visiting and it was unfortunate the staff did nothing to accommodate us further.

I would definitely go back for the view, setting, and drinks. The food wasn’t that great. There were guest on the elevator who also stated the food wasn’t that great. The service wasn’t bad, but it could be better. We were seated for nearly 20 minutes before someone came to our table. Overall it was a nice experience. Also just a heads up, the restaurant is located on top of the Westin hotel. The address might to you to the wrong location.

The ambience and drinks we 8/10 The food wasn’t the best. Not much to choose from. My recommendation is to eat somewhere first visit over story rooftop for cocktails and scenery.

Every one was extremely kind and helpful, and the everything was gorgeous and clean. Drinks took a long time, and the food was ok. I ordered the empanadas and the hotdog…the empanadas had plantains inside and would have benefited from a spicy element. The hotdog bun was stale but it was nicely dressed. The cocktails were really good and garnished well. I will be back, and I can’t wait to see how things improve!

Despite the captivating views and top-tier customer service, the rooftop bar fell short in terms of menu offerings and drink quality. While the food and drinks were satisfactory, they didn’t quite match the excellence of the ambiance and service. Nevertheless, the breathtaking views and great vibes make it a worthwhile spot for a relaxing evening out.

Our Ladies Night at the Overstory Rooftop Bar was wonderful! The Bar & Ambience were upscale & beautiful with swank! The outdoor area will be amazing when the weather is warmer! Can’t wait to lounge al fresco! The small appetizers were perfectly portioned, to pair well with your tasty crafted cocktails. It’s really nice to finally have an upscale, rooftop destination nearby, without having to drive to midtown. Parking is easy across the street, or valet. First 2 hours is free! Make sure you have a reservation! We’ll definitely return! Cheers! 🍸 Oh! If using Google Maps, pin the parking lot across from the Westin. It’ll give you the best direction.

Yuly was our server and she was knowledge with menu suggestions and she has such a sweet demeanor. The ambiance was nice too. I didn’t care for the empanadas but the arepas were really good. I’ll definitely be back soon.

The ambiance is the only thing this place has going for it currently. They have only been open for 2 weeks but based on our experience, I am not eager to go back. Long story short.... Had a reservation, checked in on time but wasn't seated until 50 minutes after our reservation time. It took 20 minutes for our server to visit our table and that was after we asked 2 people who our server was. Everyone was nice though. Ordered an espresso martini - nasty Food was basic and underseasoned. Menu is also heavy on beef and pork so if you don't eat either, you might struggle with limited options. The ambiance and vibe is great, however, that's where the good review ends. I spoke to some people on the elevator and they had the same experience. Hopefully they can get it together because the space is beautiful.
