So the place is very nice and the staff were awesome. The hostess and waitress were super pleasant and helpful. I loved the pizza, just gets a bit loud in there. No fabric anywhere, makes talking to people challenging.

We loved the place but we went there for Detroit style pizza and found out when we got our table that Detroit style pizza was only available on Mondays. We did not see that on the OTTO website. But besides that the pizza was great and the wait staff was great.

Was not the best choice of dining options. The staff was more interested in checking their social media than paying attention to the diners. Pizza took 40+ minutes and there was never an interim check to refill drinks. Low marks for service but, the pizza was good. Although there are 4 pizza shops within walking distance and those are more worth your while. I’ll be skipping Otto’s the next time we want pizza, Papa Gino’s is faster, less crowded, and makes a fine pie.

Best pizza in town and the only one with vegan cheese option. Great fresh salad with a house dressing they should bottle. Service excellent.

A total win for taking the kids out to dinner with their friends in Andover. The pineapple bacon and margarita pizzas are fantastic.

Best pizza in the area! The crust is perfect, as is the sauce. Not overly swimming in cheese. Also a nice beer selection for a pizza place. Two thumbs up!

First time visit but we'll be back - pizza selection was inventive and the ones we chose were delicious. I would recommend being a bit more generous with the pizza toppings for the pulled pork / mango but all in all this pizza and the other, butternut squash, ricotta and cranberry were top notch.

The pizza here is some of the best around. I am originally from Boston and I live up here and it’s very hard to find really good original style/Italian style pizza. I give this place a 10 out of 10 the door is fantastic and the different types of pizza creations are great,

Fresh thin crust pizza with delicious and creative toppings that work. I crave it often. Service was great and the restaurant is nice and clean. The salads are delicious too. I especially love the Greek salad with the chunks of feta. We had also ordered the Spinach, Kalamata Olive & Roasted Garlic. The saltiness of the olives and the sweetness of the tomato sauce just complimented each other nicely. I do recommend this location.

We go here almost every weekend and get 2 small pizzas, which are always wonderfully consistent and good. The servers are always kind no matter how understaffed and overwhelmed. We will go back and keep going back.

Otto has the best pizza in Andover. Its never failed, and the service is great. I really only have one request: take one of the booths out; it’s a bit tight even with only 4 people sitting at it, even though I think it’s set for 6, it feels crowded. Mostly because of the narrowness of the table, and the closeness of the seats to the table. And I’m only 5’ 8” tall, and slim. I kept kicking my partner across from me. I get that you want to maximize seating in the space. It’s just that because of the narrow table, the lack of legroom, etc, we were doing a lot of moving plates and pizzas around because there just wasn’t enough space on the table top.

Otto pizza has become our favorite. The toppings are imaginative, and the crust thin and delicious. The Greek salad is remarkably good, and portion generous. And the room allows for easy conversation, but still feels lively. We recommend Otto to our friends and are always thanked.

We ordered three small pizzas and loved them all. The buffalo cauliflower pizza is my favorite and the amount of toppings is perfect. My husband always orders pepperoni, green pepper and mushrooms. The toppings are all fresh, not canned. Excellent!

Love the pizzas at Otto - great crust and creative toppings….if you want to do the creative thing. The pineapple pizza made me a pineapple convert, and their basic margarita is spot on. Service is friendly and fast.

Our first time here and we will DEFINITELY go back. Service was excellent!! Foot was amazing! We had a 1/2 margarita, 1/2 chicken and basil pizza…couldn’t stop eating it! It was fantastic. Craft beers on tap (good selection), mix drinks (which looked yummy). Very clean and welcoming. This is a super cute, hole in the wall super find! PLUS…they have a walk up window where you can get slices too!

We’ve been looking for a good pizza restaurant since we moved here in 2014. We usually go to a place 20 minutes away, but now we have a place close to home. The selection of pizzas are excellent. If you like thin crust, this is the place. I love the old school cheese and buffalo cauliflower. Excellent!!!

The food was great as always. The service was excellent. My son broke a glass and the wait staff made sure all plates were replaced and the table cleared. I highly recommend Otto for a family dinner.
