Ce ne fut pas une bonne expérience. Service hyper lent malgré le peu d’achalandage, le personnel n’était pas courtois, la nourriture peu goûteuse

The food was amazing. And to top it off It was happy hour so food and drinks were %50 off what a deal for such great food. My family and I will be back for sure.

Staff was very friendly but untrained. Our server did not know the menu and what was available. On Mother's Day,there were no specials! Staff did not try to up-sale for wine, side orders, or even dessert. We never had anyone stop by to ask how our meal was. We had to ask for more water. After this experience, I'm not sure if I want to risk trying Joel's Chophouse on the second floor.

Loved it, loved it, loved it. The Wedding Soup is pure Italian ambrosia…Loved the Chicken Milanese on a bed of Arugula & sweet peppers; straight out of Tuscany…Great Service, too!

We were expecting a delicious meal. However we were very disappointed. The New York steak was tough, full of gristle and well done not medium. They charged extra for the mashed potato. I ordered Chicken Marsala with pappardelle. The chicken was nicely cooked although a bit cold. The mushrooms were chopped up so small you couldn't really taste them. The pasta was very tough and dried out. The service was rather slow. I don't think we will return. Maybe the pizza is good. It was very expensive. We didn't order drinks and it was $85 with the tip.

I wanted to host a brunch here before the festival. I’ve been a server for over 10 years so I know how hard it can be to take on large parties at the last minute… but this restaurant was insanely under prepared. Not only did the chef come out and say “we have a party of 30 later, so don’t be surprised if your food comes out late”. Didn’t say hi or anything. Him and the other managers just gave my party those nasty glares the first half of our breakfast. Also the only drinks they could prepare is mimosas, and they said we couldn’t do bottomless because they would soon run out of champagne… So with months to prepare for a busy festival across the street, it didn’t occur to yall to be fully staffed? They also said some bartenders quit the day before and I just know this place is toxic lol. Food is amazing though. I had a salmon pizza and strawberry cheesecake waffles. I came back twice during my stay. The buffalo wings are pretty bland.

I'm sure my dinner would have been excellent. Unfortunately, when we arrived for our reservation, the restaurant was closed for dine-in. They had a carryout window, but we decided to skip it. It would have been nice of the restaurant to tell me they were closed. It would have saved me a trip.

Really good experience. Food was fairly priced and well prepared. We waited five minutes past our reservation time and staff went out of their way apologizing when it wasn’t necessary. Manager came to table and had free app and drinks sent to the table.

Went after Yachty Girls Show. Food & service was pretty good for a large crowd. I would go back again with less people.
