Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

We eat here twice a week as locals!! The food and staff are exemplary!! You cannot go wrong eating at this fabulous restaurant!!

We felt like we were in a night club rather than a restaurant. The music was hard rock and very loud. We spoke to the manager and she just shrugged us off and really didn’t care. As locals it will be a long time before we go back.

We had three different pasta dishes - all three were cooked to perfection. Our server, Don, was terrific.

A 3 oz piece of halibut for $33?? The number of offerings on the menu has been reduced and the prices much too high for the quality of the food. If the ambience was better then maybe this kind of pricing could be justified. But not here. Seated outside on a beautiful spring evening for a special birthday dinner we anticipated a wonderful meal. Inside the dining room it is so loud that you cannot have a conversation. We have dined at Osteria Fiorella before with mixed results. This time service was very slow. The tables are much too close together, you can hear other people's conversations and it is distracting. We gave it 4 tries and will not be back for a 5th visit to this restaurant.

Food and service were outstanding. Background music was a little loud, but when asked to turn it down, they were very nice in doing so. Our second time eating there, will definitely be back.
