Celebrated James Beard award-winning chef Marc Vetri delivers Osteria Fiorella to Summerlin at Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa, an expanded version of his wildly popular Philly pasta bar Fiorella. The casual restaurant features antipasti and salads, pizzas made in a wood burning oven, daily hand-made pastas, meat and fish cooked to perfection in a Josper charcoal oven and of course dessert, wine and cocktails. Osteria Fiorella will focus on a variety of classics perfected by Marc while living and cooking throughout Italy.

Everything is great except for the very loud hard rock music. It is very irritating, but staff say the owner likes it.

Another amazing meal at Osteria Fiorella. They went out of their way to give us our desired table. The food and service was outstanding. We were fortunate to have Jordan as our waitress. She is so kind. In addition to which, she was quick to point out a most amazing new dessert on the menu. A strawberry eclair that was absolutely to die for.

Amazing experience. Staff, ambiance, food, and drinks were all superb, highly recommend. We went at sunset and the view of the mountains from the outside patio was beautiful.

Have eaten there several times in the past, but this time I was disappointed. Felt it was overpriced for the portions given and thought the entrees were not as tasty as I recalled.

The six of us are from Philadelphia where Marc Vetri is an icon. Been to most of his restaurants and now Fiorella. Fiorella, for all of us, was delightful. The service was top notch….Don & Jordan. Attentive but not overly so. The food. Oh, the food. From the bread (the best ever) to the ricotta gnocchi special that night…to the Tonnarelli…to the pizza. Everything was special. The restaurant is beautiful. Go. Manga. Enjoy. Thanks Don & Jordan
