We really enjoyed the dinner we had. The pasta served from the big round cheese wheel was amazing! Great service too.

Terrible and inattentive service. Food was awful. Started with appetizers that came out in minutes. Zucchini blossoms were cold and chewy. Stuffed mushroom was bland and watery. The free bread was good but burnt. My wife’s pappardele was chewy and mushy. She felt like it was old pasta that had been microwaved. The sauce was bland too. The breading on my chicken parm was also mushy and the melted cheese on top overpowered the small piece of chicken. The pasta that came with it was fine. We also shared a side of potatoes and they were just ok. With two glasses of wine, we wasted $200. Also, I caught a kitchen worker coming out of the bathroom without washing his hands. Gross. Won’t come back and don’t recommend.

Great dinner and my server was able to make accomodations for Celiac disease for my fiancée. They also made accomodations to use rice instead of penne pasta for the penne al chingiale. Our server was very quirky, very helpful, very informative, and full of energy. We enjoyed our dinner, restaurant and look forward to come ng back!

First off the service was very good from hostess, support staff and our excellent server Food flavor and temperature was spot on. Good wine list and cocktails. We had expresso martinis for dessert. The provide a nice dessert with candle for my daughters bday I highly recommend

Awful service and food was served cold. Server gave us the wrong bill and chased us outdoors. We had to go back inside, credit our visa card and pay a different amount. Would not recommend!

Wrong meal delivered. Correct meal arrived pretty quickly. Chicken Toscano was awful. White meat very dry. Mashed potatoes watery. Menu not same as posted on Open Table. Restaurant very busy so service was a bit slow. Noise level so loud we could not have a conversation. I was very disappointed.

We celebrated a wedding anniversary here, the night of a huge Petco concert. They seated us at our requested table and though the place was crazy busy, managed to take our order with a smile and get our food to us quickly. The very fresh pasta was piping hot and wonderful! The salmon salad came w a Huge piece of tasty fish. Our friends secretly reminded the stressed waiter it was our anniversary and he greciously took time to surprise us with a delicious piece of tiramlsu - and a lit candle! Osteria Panevino provided an amazing start to very special date - but we'll be back again (on a quieter night!).

Always our go to place to eat when going to a concert at the Balboa Theatre or the Civic Center. Great food fantastic service.
