A long time favorite of our guests, The Pasta Tasting at Osteria Mozza is now exclusively available at the Amaro Bar, Monday through Thursday evenings. In this five course menu, enjoy a selection of four of our classic pasta dishes, some of which are only available in this tasting menu, and end the meal with a seasonal dessert. A wine pairing is available for an additional $65. For questions, please contact our reservations team at 323-297-0100 or via email at reservations@mozza-la.com We politely decline modifications and substitutions. The reservation for this experience is only for the Amaro bar, we will not provide the tasting menu at a table.

Food is outstanding. Service is professional, very helpful in navigating the menu. Perhaps the best compliment to Osteria Mozza is the friendless you feel. There is no “high brow…are you someone important….you don’t fit in” attitudes from anyone—-staff or patrons. Just a good time with good food and good people!

Best server. She really knew how to cultivate a beautiful experience by recommending certain dishes and then pairing them together in courses. Phenomenal experience and food. Some of the best pasta in LA. Worth every penny!

Restaurant seated us over an hour late. The pasta used to be superior. Our steak arrived completely raw. The noise level was so loud that we could hear each other. We will not be back. This place used to be our favorite.

Every dish was impeccable as would be expected from Nancy Silverton! Get some form of burrata and I highly recommend the linguini.

Osteria Mozza came highly recommended to me. I decided to bring my wife and kids for her birthday/Mother’s Day dinner. I was, unfortunately, very disappointed by the quality of food. We started with the Mozzarella di Bufala Tasting. This was absolutely delicious. The fett’unta had an amazing crust on it, a perfect chew, and had enough of the oil on every bite. The selection of 3 cheeses was great; our favorites was the smoked mozzarella and the burrata. We had the tagliatelle with oxtail ragú. This dish was quite salty. It was still flavorful, but the saltiness was very distracting, but I did manage to finish my portion. On to the next course. We wanted a simpler dish for my 5-year old daughter and 7-year old son to also enjoy; the recommendation was the butter pasta. Aaaaaaaand it was the most saltiest dish I’ve ever had in a long while. Like I-accidentally-dumped-salt-in-to-sauce level of saltiness. How could they have sent this out thinking it was ok? I tried two bites and I immediately had to stop and drink my entire glass of water. My daughter couldn’t do it at all and my son tried to power through it but ultimately couldn’t. I gave this feedback to our waitress and she offered to fire up a new one with less salt. We accepted. But more on this later. Our last course was the Pan Seared Wagyu Segreto. This dish was pretty good. Still on the salty side but I assumed it I had too much the ramp butter on my bite. The morels were a mixed bag, some pieces were very very good. But others were, again, way too salty. I do not understand the inconsistency here. The Wagyu was very tender and flavorful. However, some pieces were so rare that it was almost blue. After we finished the Wagyu, we realized that the butter pasta that the waitress offered to redo never came out. The character limit of this review is not enough to express my 1 Michelin Star Disappointment. They offered free dessert and took the pasta off the bill. I will not return. Food 2/5, Service 3/5.

Our buratta and mozzarella dishes were great. I ordered the prosciutto and artichoke salad and it was a huge plate of prosciutto and one small grilled artichoke, not at all how the server described. My daughter had the orrechetti and it was wonderful. I ordered the linguini with clams, there were only 6 small clams and the sauce and pasta was so salty it was inedible. Most disappointing was the service. Our server approached the table within 2 min of sitting down and wanted to take our order, we hadn’t even opened the menus yet. Then she came back and said “have you decided yet”, I said we needed a few more minutes… she rolled her eyes and “huffed” at me… so incredibly rude, I had a hard time getting past that. When I asked a few questions about the preparations when she came back she was so condescending in responding, just down right unpleasant, I was stunned. Almost $300 meal for 2 people and to be treated like that is ridiculous. I dine out, a lot, and don’t mind dropping a lot of money on a really good meal and experience. The meal had some shining moments but overall it was a disappointment.

I hadn't dined in Nancy Silverton's famous spot in 3 years. The service was superb, attentive without being familiar. Prices were surprisingly moderate except for the wine. With the somelier's guidance, we found a pleasant Tuscan for only $80. Most bottles run $300-$1800. And wine by the glass is a 2 oz pour? That's an eyedropper. The only disappointing dish was the pasta with clams. Inedibly salty and with an odd gritty sandlike texture. The porkchop was good but we've had better at The Arbour in Pasadena.

Last night's dinner at Osteria Mozza was an absolute delight! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere enveloped us in a warm, inviting embrace. The interior struck a perfect balance between elegance and comfort, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The food was nothing short of spectacular. Standouts included the burrata with peas and speck, the endive and fennel salad, and the papardelle was a revelation in texture and taste. Also remarkable was Alyssa, our waitress. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and impeccable timing made our meal flow seamlessly. She recommended the perfect dishes and was attentive without being intrusive. Alyssa’s warm personality and professional demeanor greatly enhanced our evening. Osteria Mozza is a gem that I can’t recommend enough. The combination of delicious, well-crafted food, a charming atmosphere, and stellar service made our visit truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a dining experience that will impress on all levels, Osteria Mozza is the place to go.

Went for our anniversary and it was perfect! Gabrielle was a fabulous waiter, as were the bartenders and hosts. Food was fantastic and just an overall great experience.

The place is cozy. The food is delicious. I would categorize the experience as “buyer beware”. Everyone is upselling. The servers push courses. The somm started with $500-$1200 bottles of wine. When we said our limit was $200, he pushed a bottle for $265. I ordered a macallen 18 and was charged $140 for a “2oz pour”, which was a surprise. It’s Hollywood. The staff must be on commission. While we liked the ambience and food quality, we felt a lack of transparency that will drive us elsewhere. Too many great restaurants where we don’t feel undo pressure to spend more. RG.

Not only was the server rude and condescending, but their behavior was downright discriminatory. My parents, already feeling uneasy in such environments, were made to feel even more unwelcome by the waiter's attitude. It's appalling that in this day and age, individuals still face discrimination based on their background or appearance. Despite my father's generous tip of $150, which was clearly an attempt to overlook the mistreatment and salvage some semblance of dignity, the server's behavior remained unchanged. It's disheartening to see such blatant disregard for basic human decency and respect. This experience has left a sour taste in our mouths, and we will not be returning to this establishment. Discrimination has no place in any establishment, and it's disappointing to see it tolerated or even perpetuated by the staff. I urge the management to address this issue promptly and take necessary steps to ensure that all patrons are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.

What a beautiful evening. Everything was spectacular - the food, the service and the vibe. Favorites include the bursts and peas, the grilled octopus, Nancy’s Caesar salad, the fennel rubbed pork chop and the bombolini and bunet! I honestly cannot wait to come back here again.

Dinner was delicious and the staff was so kind. We ordered too much food for 2 people - 2 appetizers, 2 pastas and an entree. We had originally ordered 1 appetizer but we sat at the mozzarella bar and saw a dish that wanted to try.

As always Osteria did not disappoint. We dined for our anniversary and enjoyed every last bit. In terms of cocktails...their espresso martini can not be beat!

Food was good overall, but the gnoccho fritto was not crisp- either it was not done properly or not fresh.

This guy was one of the best dinning experiences we’ve ever had. Our server was the best. The food was fantastic. It was fancy without being snobby. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Can’t recommend it enough.

I have dined at least 6 times and I am sorry to say this was an absolute terrible experience other than the food. Our server was rude and rushed us to complete cocktails and three courses in 75 minutes. When she asked about dessert the dinner plates were barely off the table. It felt like they were trying to sell the table again at 9:45 pm. Our reso was 8:30 pm. When we spoke to the manager he said it was normal. Normal? Not apologetic at all. Mozza felt like the Cheesecake Factory in terms of rushed and service. Needless to say we expressed our dissatisfaction in our gratuity. My suggestion is other dines who have this experience should do the same. Very disappointed.

We were in the back room which was so loud due to a party of 6 at the next table. Had to shout to hear each other. Loved the little gem salad, the excellent buttery garlic bread, and the cacio e pepe. Disappointed with our quite small ball of burrata with the bacon and escarole dish. The beef cheek ravioli was unexpectedly sweet which we didn’t care for. Cool vibe but didn’t feel like a Michelin 1 Star experience, especially when you have to shout at each other.

Unfortunately, none of the hot food was hot in temperature. I believe the cause may have been all the hot food was served on cold/room temperature dishes and the food could not retain it's heat.

Wow. What an experience! We were celebrating my husbands birthday and decided to try a restaurant we had been wanting to go to. It did not disappoint! Beyond amazing, you have to try to Ravioli in brown butter! The pastas were some of the best I ever had.
