Enjoy this unique outdoor dining space NOV 6 through MAR 31 with parties up to 6ppl! Please read these guidelines to maximize your comfort:
-IT MAY BE CHILLY!
-The yurt does have a heater, but dress in appropriate outerwear and layers.
-Reservations include a per person food & beverage minimum.
-This is a required minimum spend, not an additional charge on your bill.
-Parties of 1-2ppl: $100pp min
-Parties of 3-6ppl: $75pp min
-Each reservation lasts two hours.
-We cannot service the yurt in the event of rain.
-Refunds will only be processed if the reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the reservation. If we have to cancel your reservation due to rain, we will refund the entire deposit. Please email us with any questions! information@osteriamattone.com

The yurt atmosphere was a wonderful experience and the food was outstanding. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the service was regrettably slow, so much so that we had to be escorted to an outside table to finish our meal so the next party could move in the yurt. If we as a patrons pay a rather large price ahead of time for a VIP experience, I would expect to receive top notch service. That said, the wait staff were all friendly and helpful, but it didn't feel the VIP experience we were hoping for. We still would very much go back to enjoy this lovely restaurant.

My wife and I emptied the Romantic and intimate setting of the yurt! There is not a yurt fee not sure why someone included that in their previous review. They do have a spending limit for your prepaid amount so it’s best to try to reach that limit to ensure you maximize your funds. The food was delicious and the service was top-tier. We got to try a little bit of everything from the appetizer list, two entrées, and share a large salad and still had funds to spare.

Loved our dining experience in the yurt however it was not disclosed on the website (unless I missed it) or when I made the reservation that there would be a 69.00 yurt fee.

What a fabulous evening in our private yurt ! Our server Max was The Best, took such good care of us and the food, from the arancini to the agnolotti to the budino - all incredible, as were the wines and cocktails. We loved every minute. Thank you!

Delicious and great fun! We dined outside in the yurt. It was really cold out, but inside the yurt the temperature wasn't as chilly as we had expected. It was quite comfortable!

our party of 4 really enjoyed the yurt experience and even though it was in the 40's the heater kept us comfortable. Service was outstanding as well. Highly recommend

The yurt experience at Osteria Mattone was amazing! It’s like your own private room. It is heated but was still a little chilly so dress warm and maybe being a blanket if you tend to get cold. But the service was great and the food was delicious as always. 10/10. Definitely recommend!
