Enjoy playful Italian brunch creations, gulp bottomless mimosas, and sing along as you play for prizes galore. As always, bingo is free to play! PLEASE NOTE: The show goes from 11am-1pm.     One of the most exceptional dining experiences I've ever had. Every aspect was outstanding from the beginning to the end. We're already making plans to return for lunch when we're in Denver!

    Terrific table service in a loud scene serves up home made pasta with guanciale or mushrooms as their best. Fresh salads, but suprisingly mediocre ciabatta. Oh, and stable service fee which equitably shares gratuity with servers and kitchen but fails to clearly mention this on the menu as a built in fee, so table gratuity is confused.

    Food was good. Only 1 kind of Chardonnay that you can get for a glass. Not very good for the price of 18$. I’ve had house wines elsewhere that were better. The bathroom needs remodeling in the worst way possible . Wallpaper peeling of the wall with big area exposed to wall. Looks like someone threw wet paper towels to ceiling and they stuck in 2 areas. No paper towels to dry hands. Expected a nice restroom from a nice Italian restaurant which is a little pricey and the tag on a 22% gratuity to make the workers happy. Btw… only 2 of us dining.

    Always high quality Italian food at Osteria Marco. The Burrata was amazing as always. The bolognese and chicken parm were great. And the bread pudding for dessert was outstanding. I continue to enjoy dining here when I can.

    Only "complaint" was that they kept on playing early 2000s hit pop songs which in my opinion doesn't go with an authentic Italian restaurant

    Upon arriving for our reservation, several servers walked right past us without a greeting or a hello. We felt more “in the way” than as customers. We then watched a server yawning as she stood by us without a greeting, and walk right past us. The food was good, but the atmosphere and service does not align with the high prices of the food.

    We came for Drag Bingo Brunch! The Drag Queens were phenomenal, but the rest of the experience left something to be desired. Our server was clearly overwhelmed and left us for large amounts of time between greeting, drink orders, food orders, refills, etc. We had a couple of gluten-free friends with us. We asked for some GF bread for the table. It took about 20 minutes for it to be delivered and when we received the bill, there was a charge for it. Our server never mentioned an added cost. We simply wanted them to be able to enjoy the bread and butter as well but with the wait and added cost, they likely would have declined. For brunch, one of the items they could order was the frittata which was unavailable. While they were able to order brunch, their options were severely limited. The space was very loud and it was very hard to hear. However, our biggest grievance came with the check. It was chaotic when our check was delivered. We threw down a couple of cards to split the bill. Our server never mentioned the CHP fee of 22% and in the chaos, we missed it. We did a quick scan for Gratuity and Tip before signing our bills. We have all worked in the restaurant industry and want servers to be paid fairly. However, dropping off a bill with unclear language and not mentioning that gratuity was already included, frankly, isn't right. We added 20% gratuity to our tabs because of the lack of clarity. Apparently, CHP stands for Creating Happy People. Well, our server is likely very happy, but this discovery left us feeling unhappy and unsure about returning.

    The young host at the top of the stairs followed no structure whatsoever when it came to checking in reservations accordingly. The 10:30 AM reservations were scattered in no organizational way. The experience led to the potential of leaving the establishment altogether. Her poor attitude and blatant lack of care should be addressed. When politely questioned why we had arrived over and hour prior to the event starting and addition to having a the first slot reservation time of 10:30, her snide remark and brush off of “we’ll seat you soon.” In all honesty, that made no logical sense and defeated the need for a reservation as well as showing up early and lining up. She assisted other customers that had arrived quite some time after us which seemed incredibly unfair and unacceptable. We were eventually seated towards the back of the restaurant which was to our party’s unsatisfactory experience. There probably is some structure that should be followed, however the ball was considerably dropped and the young gal sat people to her own preference. If this is the the way Osteria allows business to take place, we will not return. It wasn’t right and could have been prevented. If we were sat when we arrived this wouldn’t have happened, but solely because the younger gal elected to pick and choose how she wanted to do things, created a horrible experience.
