This is an excellent restaurant. The food was great . I had the lamb. It was perfectly cooked. Our server, Kiran, was wonderful.

This is JPL’s fine dining restaurant. We had great expectations. But - Beginning with the delicious amuse bouche , everything was too salty. This might be fine with many people, but both of us thought it was much to much . The chef can easily fid this and perhaps we will try this again in the future

The food was wonderful, but the service was poor. The server seemed like he was too shy or just uninterested? Every interaction was painfully awkward. For our meal we opted for a 3-course with an added pasta course. I believe the menu changes, but my options were the prosciutto and pear starter, a pasta filled with ricotta and a lemon sauce, a bison tenderloin, and tiramisu for dessert. Everything was well seasoned and flavourful apart from the bison, which was pretty basic. The food took an extremely long time between courses that the kitchen sent out the pasta and the main at the same time. Would have been nice to have them spaced out in the regular course progression. My husband had two drinks and I had a cocktail and some coffee at the end with dessert. Was about ~$150 each. Overall, I’d maybe recommend this as an easy place to eat at the hotel if you’ve been traveling all day as we were and wanted a good meal, but I don’t think we’d go again. I’d rather try another offering in the area.

A+ Birthday and engagement We have not experienced service like that in a long time. The staff made the evening amazing after a very special day and could not have asked for more. Emily was amazing. It is an expensive fine dining restaurant, so don’t expect cheap, but you get what you pay for. Food was amazing. Cocktails amazing.

Tim was an amazing server, I would highly recommend requesting him when booking a reservation. The food is fantastic as well as the cocktails and selection for wine/champagne.

John made my birthday dinner special with excellent recommendations and service. Super knowledgeable about celiac disease and cross contamination and safe food options that are gluten free. I had the lamb which was divine and my husband had the steak. We loved the cocktails - our favourite was the Soul Reviver. We are looking forward to coming back again soon for dinner. Breakfast was also delicious- steak and eggs and the steak poutine were cooked perfectly. We love that the staff is knowledgeable and take food allergies seriously.
