We had a very poor experience from all staff we encountered except for our server. There were too many issues to count but mostly it comes down to their very poor level of hospitality. I encountered 3 very rude staff members including the host, the MOD and an event bartender outside. We were ready to leave before even being seated after their treatment but my elderly parents couldn't wait any longer to eat. We were visiting for my daughters 19th birthday and were just so disappointed. We are locals but will absolutely never visit this establishment again. Also you should probably instruct your staff not to agree with your guests about the poor management here. I have been in restaurant industry for 25 years, including service staff, Manager and GM and I would never allow my staff to interact with guests in the manner we were treated. Truly disappointing...

Very disappointed, the meal came out late. The server didn't come around much to check on us. They actually comp appetizers to a customer who arrived 20 minutes after we gave our order. Then they forget a side we order. At the bar, we received the wrong order. I have been here before about 5 years ago and had a great experience. This one was horrible as we were celebrating my son's 35th birthday and Mother's day. Based on our recent experience I would NOT recommend Orange Hill Restaurant to a friend.

Food was amazing! Service was also amazing! Really enjoyed my Mother’s Day. I would definitely recommend. I plan to go back and maybe sit out on the patio when it gets warmer.

Amazing Mother’s Day brunch. One of the managers came by to greet us and see if we were doing okay. Fast service and very accommodating.

We were seated pretty quickly after arriving. Our moms were happy to arrive and have a complimentary beverage. Menu items were awesome except the food portions are outrageously large. Food had great flavor. We’ve been here a few times and will continue. Thank you.

The menu was the best prix fixe menu we have ever seen. The food was outstanding and the variety was such that everyone found something they really enjoyed. The service was so-so... they ran out of coffee cups and wine glasses and we kept having to ask for silverware... not sure why as we've seen this restaurant more crowded than this and never had this problem. A suggestion for the future... leave the prix fixe price off of the menu. It was a Mothers Day gift for her and my other guests and the price was agreed to when I made the reservation. The menu, food prep and presentation earned it that coveted 5th star!
