Service was really great. My friend had the steak and lobster tail and I had the huevos rancheros. Both were very very good. My cafe latte was served in a very small cup though. But, overall, it was a pretty nice experience.

I had such high hopes for Openaire. We'd been wanting to try this place for so long. The beautiful photos online and the menu looked delicious as well. We arrived and immediately it was not what we expected. The valet parking was set up in a confusing way, valet attendants were somewhat clueless. Upon walking into the lobby it looked dingy and unkept, no hostess to greet us no clear hostess area. The view is beautiful, ambiance as well however so underwhelming. First of all, we were given a reservation for 2pm and upon seating us the waiter notified us that the kitchen is closing in 30 minutes and we need to get in all our orders beforehand. Secondly, they only serve brunch and did not have a lunch menu. Also, no good gluten free options and no knowledge whatsoever about gluten or celiac friendly items. Lastly, we were rushed, told we can't order more mimosas because the bar was closed, while the bartender was making drinks for others and people at the pool. It was poorly coordinated and the food was mediocre for what they charged. I ordered the eggs bacon and potatoes. Nothing special, could have made it better at home. Worse part was that we had ordered dessert and coffee and they never brought us coffee and the entire reservation was to celebrate 2 birthdays and they did not do a thing even after indicated during our reservations. Definitely won't be back. We paid over $400 for mediocre brunch and poor service.

I have been to OpenAire at least 9 times and this, by far, was my worst experience. Our food was salty and we nearly starved to death waiting on our waitress. It saddens me to say these things because I have always loved this restaurant but after this experience I will not be going back
