When we arrived for our 6pm reservation for 5, we were told to wait while they prepared and cleaned the table- we asked for a corner table and saw her grab an extra chair to that area. I then went back after a 20 minute wait and was told that it was going to be prepared but she pointed to a different table where a party was sitting at when we first checked in but now was empty but had to be cleaned and was asked to wait once again. What is the point in having a reservation if you’re not being seated until 30 minutes later? PlXe a reservation sign at the designated table. This leads me to believe that nothing was initially done to get us seated and this lack of urgency was unacceptable. There were people seated and there was no one in line after our group.

Food was excellent. Had shrimp dish for appetizer but only 4 shrimp and not enough pita bread. Requested more bread and received a large serving-more than needed by double and charge was $4. I will go back because the food was that good. Server not knowledgeable about menu or cocktails. Restaurant wasn’t busy so service was decent.

Service was the worst we have ever had. On the way out my wife talked to our server about the poor service and was told the bartender and two waiters all called in sick. I understand sickness cannot be controlled but passing this information on to the customers would answer many questions.

Windows were open and no AC running. Very hot. Two in our party sat with sun in their eyes so we requested a different table. Despite seeing many open tables, we were told they were unavailable due to larger party reservations. When the manager came around to ask how things were, he assured us he would find us a better spot but never did. When we didn’t bus our own table we had to ask for empty plates and glasses to be removed. We won’t be back (though the food was good).

I like the ambiance and the wait staff were great. The only issue I had was with my food. The asparagus was raw and my dessert had too much cream cheese. I couldnt taste anything else. Id go again

Parking around there is a challenge and pricey. Once at the restaurant, the service was great. The started sampler (pita bread be sauces) were delicious. I got the lamb shank with orzo and it was phenomenal. Could have been a little hotter, but the flavor and amount was incredible. My wife had the lettuce wraps and she loved them. One cocktail and one beer with dinner and the final bill came to $145 with tip. Little pricey for Greek food, but this is our favorite Greek spot in WC!

The best part of my experience was the cocktail I had. Something peachy. I like a sweet drink and this was perfect! I used to live in Greek town in chicago and at Greek food all the time. We ordered saganaki and it was a 7 out of 10. I do love they flame it at the table and yell Opa!! That’s de rigeur for saganaki IMHO. Really didn’t love their pita. Would rather have the French type bread they serve in Greece or else a better pita. My bf had the meatloaf and was underwhelmed. We will go again and try ordering different items. Their menu is very appealing and our friends love Opa so we’ll give it another try. We wanted to eat outside but it was so sparsely appointed that it wasn’t appealing to us. Some plants and flowers would greatly improve the ambience outside. Plenty of seating tho.
