We had a wonderful evening the staff were professional and very friendly the atmosphere was romantic and our server new all the answers to my questions about the menu the wine list was perfect and I can’t say enough about the food we look forward to coming again

Our server Bernie was great. Crab cake was good but the calamari was soggy and cold. Our server did take it off our tab. Their version of a chopped salad was unique. Wouldn’t order it again. Our NY strip steak was cooked perfectly but was a little dry and lacked flavor. I was very underwhelmed by the overall dining experience - especially for the price. Atmosphere and staff were very good.

Jared our waiter was superb. The rib eye was some of the best that I ever had. Not to mention the banana fosters cheesecake. Yum.

Honestly thought this place was going to be fantastic but I was incorrect. First off, the service was terrible. Justin was our server and was incredibly inattentive to our table. We didn’t order any expensive wine or champagne and he only focused on the tables that did. We were sitting with our drinks for about 25 minutes before we put in our order. When we said that we were waiting for a while, Justin rolled his eyes. I ordered the scallops and Justin rang it in as the fennel salmon. When asked for scallops it took 10 minutes to come out. When they did come out, they were extremely undercooked and rubbery. We also ordered 3 filets all medium and they were all rare. I think this place has the potential to be great but it was not that way last night.

Food was OK, but can find much better food on and near strip for less. We had lobster bisque and it was very good. Filet was good, but crazy overpriced steak Oscar accompaniment. Like $45 for 3 mediocre asparagus and a tiny piece of crab meat ☹️

Always great dining with Johnny O at the bar. Burrata was excellent with the pesto & cherry tomatoes. Burger was good but apple wood bacon wasn't cooked properly. Outside of that, a good time as always!

We love this place! We’ve probably been there about six times. The live music was awesome and the food is always terrific. Our waiter. This time was not as attentive and was a little snarky, but efficient the drinks are very expensive, so I don’t see value there. But the food is outstanding so the cost is worth it.

I would simply suggest that you consider your portions for side dishes. Considering the cost, and we were trying to impress customers, the small portions you serve for mashed potatoes, au gratin, potatoes, etc. seem rather small compared to other steakhouses which are larger.

The food was terrific but the service was terrible. Our server was not at all what I expect in fine dining. Operated more like a fast casual dining server. He forgot to get us bread until we asked. He never told us the specials which we only knew about because we heard another server offering them to another table. The wine we selected was out of stock but they didn’t take it off the bill until we caught it and there was no apology for the error. We had to take martini’s from a tray because he wasn’t confident he wouldn’t spill them. Our waters were empty several times. It was just all around a bad service experience and certainly not what one would expect from a fine dining restaurant.

I always go for a steak at One Steakhouse when I am in Las Vegas. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection (rare) and the au gratin potatoes were to die for. My friend ordered the huge sea scallops that were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

The noise is loud with the music blasting which seemed to get louder in the hour we spent there and my steak tasted like it was boiled in water. For a $58 steak it was the worst. I had to ask for rolls, as they "assumed" someone else did. My husbands steak was seared and mine was not. I will not come back here.

Booked dinner at One Steakhouse for Valentine’s Day dinner. Restaurant was very slow and more than 90% of the outlet and seating was open. Hostess that sat me down should get retraining on reading the vibe and room. Placed us at a 4 table top when there was only 2 of us, in the spotlight, near the bar next to the bar elevator and large bright tv screen with the only other table that was there so we can hear their entire conversation. Out of all the seating options with existing intimate setting with lighting near the window and lower seating this was the worst option. It’s disappointing because the server didn’t also pickup on that. Food was decent. Being a local not sure I would come back.

I had visited One 2 years ago with my wife for our anniversary. Everything was fantastic - food, service, energy, lighting, etc. Said we 100% would visit again since we live in Vegas. On Saturday, the night before the SuperBowl, I brought 3 other friends from out of town as I had recommended this spot since it was in the Morton family. The overall experience was overwhelmingly disappointing, being the Morton family as well as the cost of dinner. We were greated by a buss person who gave us sparkling water, then waited over 25 minutes before given menus, and 40 minutes total before we recieved our 1st round of drinks once our server finally arrived and took our order. There was alot of details that added up to the total experience - that initial wait was shocking. No one acknowledged us, having to wait that long for our drinks when the dining room was only about 65% full. We had been drinking sparkling water - the waiter poured tap water instead. My friend asked for an "extra dirty" Martini - was barely any olive juice. Our table was wiped twice with a wet towel after clearing our plates and left our table wet. Same friend asked for sea salt for his steak from one of that managers who stopped to check on our meal a few minutes after served - they had forgotten the plate with seasonings and homemade steak sauce which they always serve since we all had steak. SAME friend ordered a double espresso after dinner. Server came back within a few minutes and handed it to me. The dining room seemed a bit brighter than normal as well. Total time at dinner was almost 2 hours and 45 minutes - and our reservation was at 8:30. These seem like 1st world problems, and many of the mishaps were somewhat minimal. However, compound all of these mistakes with the lack of acknowledgement & time spent waiting when we first sat, it all adds up. My friends frequent steakhouses all over the country - they'd never go back. Not worth the price tag with lacking attn. to detail.

We had another amazing dinner at One Steakhouse. It started with the complimentary cocktail and went up from there. Steaks were cooked to perfection and well seasoned and high quality. My wife’s salmon was out of this world. Added to our family agenda to come at least once per month.

Great meal we had. Steaks and sides were fantastic. If I can make a suggestion, the old fashioned cocktails should come in a glass with one large ice cube. The other special cocktail they had did, but for $25 the pour should be at least average. It was such a minimal pour. Service and piano player was very good.

Had a great service by Gabriela. She gave some really nice recommendations. I ordered the filet mignon. It came out at the expected temperature. It was a little bit dry, but the peppercorn really made it pop. The fries and asparagus were great. Very flavorful. Drinks were also on points. Overall a great experience although the steak I think could have been better given that this is a steakhouse. Either way I will return.

The food was average, we were celebrating our Anniversary. The waiter suggested the Tomahawk Steak for $210 for two, he told us it was 32oz which it definitely was.not. Total bill was $500 for two which was outrages given the entire experience. We are locals and will definitely not return. There are several better options for a fraction of the price. Very disappointing Anniversary Dinner
