Located near Coquitlam’s beautiful Mundy Park, ON & OFF restaurant offers a pleasing dining experience, serving a wide range of American & European inspired breakfast and dinner menu featuring thoughtfully selected, fresh & locally sourced products.
Implied by its name, ON & OFF creates different atmosphere during day and night. Bright and lively through the morning and daytime with plenty of natural light coming in through its garage doors accompanied by the beautiful rooftop patio, contrasted with relaxed and romantic mood with dimmed lights and jazz music playing at night.
We aim to be our patrons’ favorite local gathering place with loved ones by providing delicious, wholesome foods accompanied by a great selection of drinks, and ultimately, a satisfying dining experience.

      The service was polite but not detailed and supportive as expected for the pricing of the menu. Many service details were missed. The risotto was 9/10 for flavor, sablefish - fish was good but the accompaniments were not good, and not good value at 46$. Drinks were great although took about 20 minutes at times to arrive after ordering. Potatoes were delicious. Pasta was great. Hope they can work on service as it's a beautiful space and they are very polite but need to work on the details and organization.

      Avo Benny. A cold watery mush of Benny on plate. Eggs not cooked to requested degree ie medium. Fried chicken benny, odd taste to chicken. Could not finish. Tea just warm. Disappointed. The menu way too eggy.

      It was our first time here and I should say it was a great experience for us. We had brunch and had the truffle omelette, the chicken and the Lavender latte. We love the food. Every bite is tasty. The Lavender latte was also nice only that it is not warm enough. The servers were accommodating and were pleasant. The ambience is relaxing. The place is clean. We would love to come back. Thank you!

      What a cool place to have a meal. I took my friend there for a birthday lunch. Although our waiter was super nice, something went wrong with our order didn't get sent to the kitchen. We were wondering why everyone else were getting their meals, but not us. anyway they came over and apologized that there was some mistake and they comped us a mocktail and that was really nice. when we did get our food, it was just excellent. I did ask for my hollandaise sauce on the side and didn't get it, but it turned out to be an excellent mistake because that was the best hollandaise sauce I've ever ever tasted. Sometimes you have to go with the flow and a more positive result unexpectedly happened. This place is not to be missed. You will not be disappointed and I can't wait to go back and have another lunch there sometime. A really great experience and a fun day with my friend

      The experience was very nice. Great service and I appreciated not to be bothered during the meal. The Truffle omelette was excellent.

      While I was pretty impressed with On & Off Kitchen for their Brunch, this dinner service was something else. It makes the phrase "Night and Day" ring true. They didn't have a whole lot of options for the shareable plates. With them being out of Mussels, everything other option was carby or starchy. Service was just ok. There were only 2 servers for the whole restaurant. Appetizers took a bit to come out and the main took even longer. We did notice that when our mains came out, so did every other table that arrived before us. It felt as though the kitchen decided to fire similar orders simultaneously. Ground pepper was offered to us halfway through our mains. IF you're thinking of going to On & Off for the first time, go for their brunch. I had MUCH better experience a few months back.
