Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. This place exceeded any expectation. The staff an d chef were so welcoming and friendly. It was a memorable experience. We will definitely be back.

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our delicious lunch here. Our server was friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. The food was absolutely delicious! Unique and so glad we tried Omakase! We will definitely be back.

So creative and fabulous. Love that they recommended a wine from Canary Islands. We shared an Apple and Blue Cheese salad, then we had a Barbacoa Soba Bowl and a Ceviche Mix Bowl. All so amazing. Chef is so creative and the staff makes you feel special.

We love this place. Right size, fresh toasted tortillas, shrimp, chopped diced cucumber onions cilantro, a cool glass of wine and an 805! Thanks for coming to Lincoln town

I want to say the food was bad and service was bad so it’s easier for me to get a reservation but I can’t do it. This is our by far favorite place to eat. The food is just delicious and the staff are all amazing. We have a 5star experience each time we go. My wife will laugh because I get literal goose bumps when I take a bite of each dish. The flavors are incredible and I now know what it means to be a foodie. I can honestly say this is one of the only, if not the only place we go that I don’t have a complaint after. It just damn good all around. It’s not for kids but is a perfect date night. Nice ambiance and the two chefs each stop by the table to either bring a dish or just to check on us. At least once a month so you don’t miss out on the changing menu. Thank you to Chef and your amazing staff, we’ll see you soon.
