Literally translating to "Trust The Chef Please", Omakase Por Favor is a new restaurant in Lincoln, CA. We combine the best of coastal Mexican cuisine and the Japanese Omakase dining experience. We offer signature oysters, ceviches, and fresh seasonal seafood along with vegetables and produce from local farms and suppliers. Join us for lunch for a quick bite from our à la carte menu, or make your reservation for dinner where you can experience a culinary journey in our omakase menu and leave all of the decision-making to our expert chefs. Second time being here & I got a whole different experience! New food menu and wine pairings. The service is amazing & I tried the coffee & s’mores for the first time, so delicious! Loved their take on the s’mores either the lemon rice paper !

This was our second time at Omakase, and the food was even better than it was our first time there. I had never been a sushi/sashimi fan before, but now I'm a convert. Our servers were fine, but one spoke very rapidly and quietly. This made understanding what we were eating a little difficult. Omakase Por favor is a wonderful addition to the Lincoln food scene.

Omakase Por Favor is hands down one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. I have been several times and each time it is amazing. The chefs/owners prepare the food right in front of you and interact with you the entire time. They are all so kind, warm, and welcoming. Do not be fooled by the location...this place has amazing ambiance and the food is next level. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients that change frequently along with some standard fare. Drinks and wine are fantastic! The whole thing is an experience worth repeating over and over. Highly recommend starting with some Oysters and moving on to the Omakase 6 course dinner (with or without the wine pairing, although I prefer with). Even though this is elevated food, the whole thing feels extremely approachable and the price point for what you are getting is amazing. Yes - it is a little more than some other restaurants, but you are getting high end food and not at a high end cost. I have had similar dinners where I have paid much more for lower quality and lesser food. Every time I leave I feel refreshingly full in that I am completely satisfied but not disgustingly full. Finish your dinner with the s'mores (with seasonally changing made in house marshmallows) that you get to roast at your table to your own preference. Such a whimsical end to a wonderful experience!! Reservations are highly recommended as the space is small and VERY popular! Tables are nice if you want a more intimate, romantic feel, but I highly recommend sitting at the bar to get the most of this incredible dining experience.

This was an amazing restaurant for a date night. We sat at the bar so we could watch the chefs prepare our meal. We had so much fun and the food was amazing. We ordered the Omakase oysters and Omakase tasting menu for dinner and it did not disappoint. Wonderful food, amazing company and loved the whole experience.

We loved every minute of this experience! This is modern fine dining done exquisite! From the moment we were greeted as we walked in the door until three hours later when we left, the staff was incredible and worth every penny for the grand experience! I look forward to becoming a regular!

I’m pretty picky about restaurants, and a find like Omakase Por Favor doesn’t come along very often. Fortunately, we were lucky enough to dine there last night. We had the Chef’s tasting menu with the Sake pairing, and it was stellar! They are very thoughtful in how they do everything, from the decor to the waitstaff, and especially the food! I won’t tell you what we ate because the menu changes every week, but I feel certain you will love whatever they give you to eat. I know I’m gushing, which I almost never do, but this restaurant deserves a chance to wow you👩‍🍳

About as good of a culinary experience you will find in all of the greater Sacramento area. Carefully curated wine list, creative cocktails, and everything on the menu is a flavor concert in your mouth unlike anything we’ve ever had. Watching the crew work is also a ton of fun. Highly recommend sitting at the bar/service counter. It was packed the night we previously visited but still had reservations after the dinner rush. Fantastic food and date night experience!

We feel very fortunate to have a restaurant of this caliber in our town, have been here 5 + times now and it never disappoints. Service, ambiance and especially the food is 5 star every time…

Enjoyed this restaurant. Had a reservation late, worked out well. Without a reservation another time, no chance, long wait. The menu changes, it's all based on local food. Picked 5 items off the menu and a drink. Not a huge tab. Also, if you are starved, then this is not the place. This is a place to enjoy the chef's passion and the portions are similar to tapas; the atmosphere; I liked sitting at the "bar". I would recommend it even for a group seating, one can savor it all and talk. I did not hear any music, not a fan anyway of that, esp if annoying. Enjoy!

Our first time here, the venue is very unassuming in a strip mall. The food and atmosphere were amazing! We did the tasting menu with wine pairings and were not disappointed. We added oysters (still celebrating my birthday week). They were a little busy, you need to allow time for the full experience. Highly recommend you give it a try.

Well balanced tasting. Thank you Andrew for an excellent service. Pairing of wine with Omelase menu was fun. Andrew highlighted the locally sourced ingredients and their creative take on preparation. The Sturgeon Chicharron was a highlight on one of the tasty dishes that exhibited full use of ingredients with an approach to the zero waste restaurant concept. Scallops were amazing and I had to go back for another at the end, oysters were also delicious according to my wife. Decent wine and sake list. Smaller cozy intimate place with a mix of counter dining and table seating. Nice music selection and atmosphere. Glad my buddy Ed told me about Omakase Por Favor, I will definitely be returning.

We have had lunch here many times but his was our first time trying the tasting menu for dinner. It exceeded our expectations! The tasting plates were very flavorable and fresh tasting and the wine pairing was extraordinary! Staff was very attentive as well. We will definitely be returning.

The pairing of fabulous food with awesome wine could not have been more magical. The wine improved the food and the food improved the wine! The food by itself was beyond fabulous and made the entire experience. The staff and chef are all super attentive and all can explain every dish in detail. The unique dishes combined with the awesome wine will ensure we go back often.

The food was amazing! The chef did an amazing job with the infusion of different Asian and Latin flavors such as Japanese, Korean, Mexican among other flavors. Beautifully curated menu and we love that it will change every week. Highly recommend! We will be back soon.

After hearing about Omakase Por Favor from some coworkers, I knew I had to bring my family to try it out and show some love and support! From the moment you step inside, it is apparent that this establishment was a labor of love and a lot of care and consideration was put into the ambience, the customer service and the food. The chef is incredibly talented and experiments with amazing ingredients that wouldn’t necessarily be obvious to try together. My husband said the oyster shooter was the best he’s ever had! Even the cocktails were unique and delicious! I would highly recommend Omakase Por Favor and I would anticipate that we will be frequent guests here!

This restaurant is a gem. The sake sommelier was spot on. The chef is super talented in her pairings and lovely chat with. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a sophisticated yet approachable dining experience. We will definitely be back! This one is now on our date night rotation.
