From the moment we walked in the door the service was outstanding - welcoming and warm and made us feel special. We had a great table where we could see the chefs hard at work, they seemed to have great comradery and to be enjoying their work. We ordered cocktails which were delicious - my wife had the Hugo Spritz, she said it was the best she has had since we were in Italy last year. Mine was an amazing concoction of washed gin and citrus, with a beautiful foam sprinkled with cracked black pepper - amazing! (I'd love the recipe). We chose the feed-me menu to avoid having to make decisions and because it sounded so great - we weren't disappointed - everything was amazing. I literally said to my wife that I loved every bite of every dish. The table service was amazing throughout - we never had to wait to long for anything (despite the fact the restaurant was full and very busy). The food came out exactly as we were ready for each course - I could see the servers were paying attention as they walked around - top service! Similarly with drinks - we never had to attract attention to order a drink - the staff were there offering us another one. Great wine list too - we chose an Adelaide Hills Rose which was delicious. Overall it was pretty perfect food and cocktails and drinks and service - we will be back for sure.

The host was excellent and the food was delicious. No wait time on the food which was fantastic

Feed me menu is very disappointing, However A la carte - Feta is amazing, octopus yum. Chicken and lamb good tops

I was disappointed in our meal tonight. While the hummus and fhs dessert were lovely, the rest of the meal wasn’t fabulous. The kingfish crudo wasn’t balanced and had some really super bitter and sour grapefruit which overwhelmed the fish, the zucchini was oily and flavorless except for the feta sauce, the cucumber salad had really large chunks of cucumber with tough skin which impacted on the flavor, the rock melon salad lacked flavor and balance and the Portuguese chicken was bland. While the ideas and the flavors should all work together, the dishes lacked finesse and balance. Many of the menu items used out of season ingredients as well which impacted on flavor

Olive is quickly becoming one of my firm favourites. Between the foccacia with hummus, brown butter and crispy chicken peas, the divine zucchini chips (if they did these as a take away, I'd have them everyday for lunch), the kingfish, the delightfully different wine list and the amazing service, I have always had a wonderful meal here. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Birthday treat for friends. We shared several dishes, all were beautiful, well presented & different to the normal. We had 3 different desserts, the lemon tirasimu, the Olive oil ice-cream & the coconut sorbet. We couldn't decide which was the best. The flavours were stunning. Sharing is recommended but not obligatory. Waiter was very knowledgeable & lovely. The decor is also beautiful. Not overly expensive. Certainly recommend & we will go back again.

Food was not cohesive.... Didn't flow well with the feed me menu. Was advised not to add on any more dishes but were left hungry. Acoustics we're very poor. Had to talk loudly to be heard. We had great service.
