The Stewart Family Proprietors' Dining Room is adjacent to our Wine Tasting Room and offers seating for up to 32 guests. This technically equipped facility is an exceptional venue for private, corporate, or family events as well as wine-related tours. The window surrounded dining room provides a spectacular view of the vineyard and Lake Okanagan. Guests can enjoy the late day breeze of Okanagan Lake from the terrace balcony off the private dining room. Our Quails' Gate wines, hand-crafted by Grant Stanley, are available along with a choice of group menu options which reflect the fresh regional cuisine of our Executive Chef, Roger Sleiman.

Laura seated us at the most perfect table, (with a spectacular view of the vineyard and river), and our waiter (forget his name)- from Australia- was very attentive and friendly. The food was exceptionally great: my husband had the lamb and I had the crab risotto. We had an amazing salad as a starter , and shared a delicious dessert (rhubarb). Everything was absolutely delicious, fantastic service, and the venue was perfect. 10/10

As usual a wonderful location. Busy and slow service because of Mother’s Day. I ordered my usual black cod. The fish was cooked perfectly and itself was delicious however it was spoiled by some bland and flavourless lentils. That was a disappointment.

We made a reservation for our anniversary dinner, had wonderful personalized service from Frederic. He was very knowledgeable about the food and the wine, anticipated our needs and knew when to be there and not to be there. Stand out dishes were the foie gras and the scallop and pork belly croquettes. Would absolutely recommend and will return.

Quails gate is a must see. It will cost a bit more than some but the food and atmosphere is why! Great server he was knowledgeable and hilarious.

Every trip (once every 3-4 years or so) to Kelowna includes a supper experience at the Old Vines. Today was excellent. What we forgot was the veggies being included in the meal. We ended up ordering extra potatoes which we did not need. Our server and management recognized that and took care of it on our bill. This was not required as it was our own mistake, however it was appreciated. Great customer service and dining experience and as a result we WILL be back.

Disappointed with the Cornish game hen meal. We have been patrons since the restaurant opened and this has always been a favorite. It was small and too salty for our preference. The Ling cod was amazing. Wine was excellent Our server was the best we've had Thanks we will be back soon.

We had group of 5 ladies for a birthday brunch.. our reservation was for 1pm.. we were finally seated at 1:20.. we waited a good 20 minutes and still did not have a server approach our table.. one of the ladies had to get up and find someone to send a server over..once we ordered food came fairly quickly. But we were all finished with empty plates in front of us for a good 20 minutes... it was quite disappointing as all the other times have have been there it was wonderful..

Perfect place for a birthday dinner. The atmosphere perfect, overlooking the vineyard at sunset. Service was fantastic, the server was able to answer our questions about the food and wines, attentive without being overbearing. Food was great, desserts even better. We will return!

We love this winery and restaurant. We have been coming here for more than 15 years. Every vacation we stopped in to the winery and then dinner at the restaurant . Now we live in the Okanagan and it’s one of our go to restaurants and wineries. The food is ALWAYS great, service is ALWAYS fantastic, just a great place. They do so many little things to make you feel special and keep coming back.. On of our TOP LOVED resturants for dinner and brunch….

There was a live music. She was very good. However it was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think. We were there for brunch and couldn’t not even talk to the people we were with. If you are looking for a night time live jazz club in a winery then this would have been great. However we came to have Easter brunch and talk over food. We were very unhappy and displeased.

Very high value. Now I’ve tried most of the famous restaurants in the town, and it’s easy to do comparisons when talking about both foods and prices. The cod fish is a bless, that’s truly amazing. The salad is awesome. I don’t order salad regularly, but I’d like to give it a try based on the description. Surprisingly, it meets my expectations completely(this rarely happens). The side dishes for the iron steak is great, but for the iron steak itself, I would just put it as “good” since the meat isn’t that juicy and tasty.

The Stewart Family Proprietors' Dining Room is adjacent to our Wine Tasting Room and offers seating for up to 32 guests. This technically equipped facility is an exceptional venue for private, corporate, or family events as well as wine-related tours. The window surrounded dining room provides a spectacular view of the vineyard and Lake Okanagan. Guests can enjoy the late day breeze of Okanagan Lake from the terrace balcony off the private dining room. Our Quails' Gate wines, hand-crafted by Grant Stanley, are available along with a choice of group menu options which reflect the fresh regional cuisine of our Executive Chef, Roger Sleiman.
