World Market had an event going on and sadly we were unable to even get into the parking lot because we didn't have a pass. Unfortunately we had to call in and cancel our reservation because we were unable to even get in. The hostess was very nice as she explained the circumstances. The frustration was thinking we had a place to eat prior to our play. Reservation system allowed us to make one when in fact we were unable to even get into the parking lot during an event. Informing patrons of this unfortunate system would be helpful. Giving the restaurant an " A" for effort on their part and ours. Until next time, so they say!

I really wanted to like this place. The menu looked great. Service was good but the food was lackluster. The deviled eggs lack taste. I also had the pork chops. I did not get any apple sauce flavor and it came out cold. This was disappointing and I will not return.

The restaurant was closed. We called and they had a recording to leave a message and would call us back. The recording stated their hours were Tues - Saturday noon to 7pm but the restaurant had all the lights off and door locked when we got there. No note on the door and never got a call back

The service and attention to detail will make me give this downtown gem a second chance. I will not, however, book at reservation - despite being able to do so on OpenTable - at 6:45pm. We felt rushed and the food seemed like it was not freshly cooked. I can inly imagine how amazing it will taste when it has come straight out of the oven.

Old Soul is a favorite restaurant of ours since it opened. The decor is so cool, we love bringing guests here. But it's the food that is the highlight! Comfort food served in today's lighter fashion and everything is delicious.

Host and server were warm, attentive, welcoming. Food was okay. Beet/arugula salad: beets overly acidic. Meatloaf had bits of ground bone; flavor was on the bland side. Chef closed the kitchen at 7:00? Right when we wanted to order dessert? Strange experience.

Food was excellent. The restaurant was very clean and it had a ton of character. Surprised it was slow but it was difficult to find. Worth the hunt though.

Food was good. Could have used more mashed potatoes with the Meatloaf. Trout was excellent and impressive presentation. Some bread before dinner would have been nice. Disappointed with the peach cobbler, very gummy. Service was excellent and nice ambiance. Location great for pre-theater dinner before attending show at Smith Center.

The manager Rego gave you a wonderful greeting. The staff was warm and catering. The ambience was romantic. The cherry martini's were worth trying, absolutely off the chart. The cuisine changes constantly so that it's never boring; and of course, delicious. There are silent movies that play all night, Charlie Chaplin, Abbott and Costello etc... The dessert was a choice of peach cobbler or cherry cobbler, option a la mode, delicious. We had a delightful evening at Old Soul.

Kinda disappointed. I have been trying to go for a while. Covid messed all that up. Had a reservation a week ago and got there, it was closed. There was a note on the door closed for repairs. Went back yesterday. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Food was mostly average. I wanted the pork chops, of course they didn't have them. I am a big Natalie Young fan, love for her to succeed here but won't go back.

Wonderful place with unique presentation of traditional foods. Deviled eggs are outstanding, fried green tomatoes, everything! Service is just right! Love this place!

This was our first time here. A little hard to find but we’ll worth the look. The decor was beautiful and it felt classy and relaxing. I had fried green tomatoes and they were delicious. Everyone loved their food and how fast the service was. This was a place to experience.

Beautiful restaurant. Great, friendly service. Food not all that special. Who turns creamy, delicate deviled eggs into cornmeal-coated crunchy somethings where the fried coating overwhelms the delicate eggs? Glad I went, but the lunch prices were too steep for my retiree budget

I dined during their first-ever Taco Tuesday. The food was delicious; tasty and just the right amount. The service was perfect; no hovering but we never wanted for anything. The ambiance was amazing; must experience to appreciate.

Old Soul opened up for Valentines Day and they did not disappoint! As usual, the service was amazing and the food was even better. We tried a few different cocktails and they were all delicious especially the Oliver Puddin and the Valentines Day special! Old Soul is one of our favorite downtown spots and we can’t wait to come back!
