OISHĪ means DELICIOUS! reflecting the commitment to share a vision of ethics, culture, passion, and obsession to develop a unique experience in the enchanting and magical vortex of Tulum, Riviera Maya.

Omakase is a Japanese traditional dining style that derives from the phrase Omakase shimasu, meaning “I trust you, chef”, where family and close friends seats in a circle, an intimate experience of trust, honoring the expert’s hands, allowing him to improvise during the experience.

The sushi was just ok sadly, for the price you can get a much better value and quality in town.

Amazing experience. I really enjoyed my time here and there was a couple who was here who were upset they didn’t have running water in the bathroom but the water they put aside for you in their bathroom smells way better than the water in the hotel zone area which means it’s pure and so when you pick up the sushi with your hands it won’t leave a smelly residue. The people in here knows what they’re doing and all the food tastes amazing and very fresh fish and innovative dishes.

Yo y mi esposo nos contaminamos comiendo en este lugar pasamos una noche horrible con dolor estómago y vómitos . Al principio pensamos que la comida estaba muy buena pero nos dimos cuenta que la higiene de los chefs no era buena nunca se la lavaron las manos después de tener contacto con comida y instrumentos de cocina , muy mala manipulación de los alimentos!!

Nuestros chefs y personal de cocina se adhieren a rigurosos protocolos que incluyen el lavado de manos frecuente con jabón y el uso de desinfectante a base de alcohol. Estos procedimientos son una prioridad para nosotros, aunque no siempre sean visibles para los clientes. Esperamos que nos den la oportunidad de ofrecerles una mejor experiencia en el futuro.

The service was horrible. We weren't greeted when we came in to sit and weren't approached for a while after being seated. The server rarely came by and we kept having to ask our chef for more water/drinks, etc. Over $400 for dinner and it just wasn't the best experience.

Lovely service. Very decent sushi. Beautiful environment. Probably not worth the money overall. I’ve spent less in Tokyo on Omikase and had way more/ better food. But if you don’t mind the overspend. It’s a very nice meal.

Best omakase experience! I have been to so many in Japan and around the world, but this was a unique experience as the chef Frances is an artist in mixing Mexican and Japanese flavours! The integration of the the ingredients was on antheer level!

Honestly some of the best food we've ever had. This restaurant is amazing, the 10 course meal was 10/10 and chef Osvaldo was phenomenal. We will not only visit this place every time we're in Tulum, we'll specifically come to Tulum just to visit this place!
