In short, the restaurant was way understaffed which resulted in an unpleasant experience. On top of that, it was a special occasion (birthday dinner for my BFF), which made it all the worse. Service was slow and the food was not warm. My friend sent her's back to be rewarmed and we waited forever for it to be returned. Never-the-less, we decided to order dessert and try to make the best of it. We waited for over 40 minutes for our dessert to finally be delivered! A this point, I thought the dessert would be comped but I was wrong. Our waitress was very sweet (and we were understanding) but this was a very disappointing evening and I doubt we'll be back.

Four of us had dinner on Saturday evening. The restaurant was crowded and they were having trouble finding wine glasses and silverware. Our server really tried hard, but it was apparent that they were stretched and really not able to accommodate the crowd.

We have dined here before and always inconsistent service. They don’t have enough staff. Manager gave us complimentary desserts but overall not a restaurant I will come back to. . Even the hostess who seated us was not warm and friendly.

I have celiac disease & haven’t had a decent pizza in close to 10 years. I came here on a recommendation from a group of celiacs & I’m so glad that I did. My husband got a regular pizza & I got the gluten free, & my husband said our crusts were almost identical. I was nervous but I didn’t get sick, the flavor was incredible, & I absolutely will be coming back! 10/10.

The pastas were all great. The Ezio calzone , not so much. How can great ingredients, taste so bland and be so dry? And so full of garlic that I had to take antacids the rest of the night. In 2 out of 3 separate visits, items from the pizza menu were very disappointing. We’ll know to order pasta if we need to visit again. Kudos to our server for making our VERY wobbly table rock solid stable immediately.

Good place for a casual date night. Service was good but slow since the seemed to be short staffed. Food was great-we had the veggie pizza and buona forchetta pasta which was yummy! Overall very good and will definitely come again!

I was very disappointed with our dining experience. The host did not even greet or acknowledge us when we got there, and finally a waiter came over to help. I will say the host was on the phone, but it’s easy to look up and nod your head and put up your finger to say one second. After we sat, it took nearly 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come over to the table and take a drink order. I had to go and ask for help. We will not be coming back anytime soon.

Overall food was very mediocre. Beet salad had beets that were an inedible mush. My pizza was a soggy mess and came out 15 minutes after everyone else’s entrees. They didn’t clear our appetizer plates before bringing the mains and I had to clean off the table myself.

Went at about 830 pm on a Friday. None of the dishes tasted fresh, one of which was a special. Other two were basic pasta dishes (pesto & carbonara). Pesto had cream in the sauce which defeats the point of pesto. Carbonara was more like an Alfredo, kind of gloppy. We shared a tiramisu which was also subpar. Could taste unmixed cocoa powder, was not well put together. Server was gracious and we tipped her well. This is a management issue, not servers or line staff.

Pizza came out unevenly heated. We waited patiently for our check, and I ultimately had to get up and ask someone to bring it. If not for fond memories of the South Park location, some of my 3 star ratings would have been 2.

I will not come back to this restaurant. The poor rating for this restaurant began with the hostess…I made reservations indicating that I wanted to be seated indoors, but they weren’t able to accommodate even though I saw open tables inside the restaurant. I didn’t make a fuss but I probably should have because they sat us in the back patio which had a really disgusting stench and the sound of the passing airplanes were just unbearable especially with little kids. I did not like how dry my cacio de pepe was, I could not enjoy it at all. I’m sure it was a combination of the smell of the back patio and how dry my food was. The only thing I did enjoy was the calamari. I also should praise our servers. They were pleasant and very attentive, I truly appreciate them. But overall, I do not recommend this place and will never come back.

Normally my lunch companion and I gorge on pasta, pizza, risotto when we come here. Right now we are trying to behave. So we ordered an artichoke started (instead of insanely good calamari) and for a main the halibut and vegetables. SO GOOD we may always order!! Both dishes were perfection!! This place never disappoints!!
