Oddfish is a Seafood and Vegetable focused restaurant. Ethically sourced and high quality ingredients are what you will find here with the focus being on the food - not the fuss. In regard to the wine list - approachable and interesting with a great price point is our goal. The atmosphere is casual and fun. We are a neighbourhood restaurant that others from outside the neighbourhood come to for that welcoming atmosphere. We are the same people who created Nook and Tavola restaurants.

    I came here with my parents on a Saturday night. The people sitting next to us were really loud and we could barely hear each other. We ordered roasted beets, mussels with white wine, spaghetti vongole, and potato wrapped halibut. The mussels came with sourdough bread. All the pieces were burnt and tasted bitter. Generally speaking, the food tasted bland. The portions were incredibly small and not worth the money. If I wanted seafood at a restaurant again, I might choose Pink Peppercorn instead.

    The tapas style menu gave numbers of interesting dishes. Our orders were beautiful and delicious . The fries were a hit as was the Potato wrapped Halibut and Ceviche. Wine list was impressive. Service was outstanding!

    Patio seating where we were didn’t have the nicest setting nor ambiance but it was quiet.

    Always a pleasure at Odd Fish - very good service and excellent food. Chef’s counter is always a fun place to sit.

    It was a nice restaurant but I'm not in a hurry to return. We were seated inside and the restaurant got VERY loud. If you like lively and loud, this is the place for you! The service was decent, it took a long time to order and was a bit hard to get the servers attention (because it was so busy and bustling!) Before it got so loud the atmosphere was lovely, I would go again but at a quieter time of day. The food was very good, there weren't many vegan options so we modified as much as possible. Yes I realize this is a seafood restaurant, my friend who isn't vegan loved their fish meal. Bonus points for the staff for continuously refilling water.

    Food is mostly delish… our tuna tataki appie was very dry.. not what I expect from sushi grade tuna. We ordered the halibut daily special, sole piccata and the roasted beets. All 3 were superb although my companion would have preferred less sauce on the sole.. the one downside and it is a big downside is the noise level… it borders on extreme.

    I had the vongole which was the worst I've ever had. Very bland and tasteless. Prices very high for what you get. The butter lettuce salad had very little butter lettuce in it. And we weren't told we had to give our table up at a certain time. Was not a nice experience and will not.go back again.

    We love coming to Oddfish. The menu is always changing creatively and with the season so the food is so fresh. The service is superb, efficient and friendly. The prices are reasonable for such high quality.

    The food quality was excellent - we stuck to fish and as well as the beetroot (as well as one portion of fried) - everything was nicely presented and beautifuly cooked.

    A great restaurant, food was spot on. Flavorful,share plates , can try a lot of dishes. Smoked kale was out of this world!!!

    My friend and I sat at the bar and were treated like royalty. The food came quickly and was absolutely delicious. The wine selection is long overwhelming but our bartender was happy to help.  we didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

    The greeting was outstanding, the drinks were outstanding (best expresso martini!), the food was outstanding and the service was outstanding. Ambiance was also lovely.

    Everything we shared at our table was excellent, especially the ceviche and spaghetti vongole. Would definitely recommend and return for more. Staff were excellent.
