Oddfish is a Seafood and Vegetable focused restaurant. Ethically sourced and high quality ingredients are what you will find here with the focus being on the food - not the fuss. In regard to the wine list - approachable and interesting with a great price point is our goal. The atmosphere is casual and fun. We are a neighbourhood restaurant that others from outside the neighbourhood come to for that welcoming atmosphere. We are the same people who created Nook and Tavola restaurants.

    Oddfish checks all the boxes for great service, fresh fresh seafood, small/large plate and daily options, respectfully priced wines. The thoughtful attention to detail is what I would like to review. Table of 5, multiple small plates. The (YUMMY!) burratta normally comes with 3 slices of bread. It arrived with 5 slices. THAT is quality service.

    Great asparagus, oysters, fish cakes. Bit noisy seated next to the kitchen and dish stand.

    Very tasteful food. Their mussels are very fresh, especially with Thai curry!

    Amazing waitress and experience. The food was expensive for what you got but the taste and service was phenomenal!

    Sat outside on the well-heated patio. Enjoyed every dish including the burata and toast, seafood spaghetti, and their amazing French fries!

    I came here with my parents on a Saturday night. The people sitting next to us were really loud and we could barely hear each other. We ordered roasted beets, mussels with white wine, spaghetti vongole, and potato wrapped halibut. The mussels came with sourdough bread. All the pieces were burnt and tasted bitter. Generally speaking, the food tasted bland. The portions were incredibly small and not worth the money. If I wanted seafood at a restaurant again, I might choose Pink Peppercorn instead.

    The tapas style menu gave numbers of interesting dishes. Our orders were beautiful and delicious . The fries were a hit as was the Potato wrapped Halibut and Ceviche. Wine list was impressive. Service was outstanding!
