Le restaurant Ocean Prime vous propose une expérience exceptionnelle en format 'super club' durant laquelle vous pourrez déguster des fruits de mer frais, des steaks, des cocktails artisanaux et des vins de classe mondiale, le tout dans une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante accompagnée d'un service sincère. Le chef de cuisine utilise seulement les ingrédients les plus frais pour créer des versions innovantes de recettes traditionnelles. Il vous concoctera des plats simples faits entièrement maison, mettant à l'honneur les saveurs régionales. Le menu vous propose un choix d'entrées, de salades, de fruits de mer, de steaks, des accompagnements en format familial et des desserts maison. Vous pourrez déguster notamment le rafraîchissant tartare de thon ahi, les "jumbo lump crab cakes", les tendres filets, le macaroni au fromage crémeux à la truffe noire, le loup de mer chilien savoureux et le décadent gâteau aux carottes à 10 étages. We had a lovely meal at ocean prime in Denver. The service was impeccable, the food was awesome, wine was lovely and atmosphere was very relaxing.

We were staying at the Ritz Carlton and even though they have an Elways as part of the establishment we are Ocean Prime people. Unfortunately, it was my wife's birthday and even though it was in my reservation, the host wished her a happy birthday, our seater walked us upstairs and asked if there was an occasion for the dinner and my wife explained it was here birthday.........our waiter Johnathan did not seem to absorb it. Unfortunately, my wife was never recognized by O.P. Thanks, Mario Vic

We enjoyed a beautiful dining experience last night! It had been more than a decade since we dined at Ocean Prime and we were so impressed with both the food and service. I’ll start with the service because it was sublime. At our seating time there were maybe 20 diners in our dining room and an equal number of staff members. Waters and bread basket were kept full discreetly, plates and utensils whisked away and carefully replaced, the pacing and timing of the meal was like beautiful choreography. And Tom, our server, was the engaging and friendly choreographer. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and quite funny. There are many foods I cannot eat due to a health issue as well as medication interactions and he handled it all deftly and with immense kindness. It’s very easy to feel self-conscious about these dining/health challenges— but not with Tom. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about taking good care of me. We’ve actually notated the app so that he will always be our server and we won’t wait a decade to return this time! My husband had the scallops & risotto and I had the Halibut & gnocchi after starters of Caesar salad and lobster bisque, respectively. The quality of the food was extremely high— the chef packed a savory punch into each gnocchi that turned every bite of fish into something incredible. My husband’s Scallops were perfectly seared and when paired with the risotto made the perfect bite. We finished with the Warm Butter Cake, which is the best cake I’ve eaten in a very long time. Sweet, but not cloyingly so and sooo buttery. I know, I know, this is a very long review. But we’ve had an incredibly difficult year so far and the expert care of the team at Ocean Prime helped to remind us that there is not only much to be enjoyed in the world, but some of the people within it are angels in disguise.

Four of is. All excellent starters and main dishes. Good fish. More upscale than down. Good service.

First things first, I specifically booked Ocean Prime because they advertise a Pianist playing in the lounge area starting at 7pm. Well, when arrived it was quickly noticeable that there is no Pianist playing. I asked my server about it and was told there hasn't been a Pianist for years. This is what I call false advertising and quite frankly a ploy to get people into the restaurant. The food was mehh but my server was polite and knowledgeable. Update your website.
