L'Oak Steakhouse Atlanta, inspiré par le restaurant partenaire, le célèbre Oak Steakhouse de Charleston, en Caroline du Sud, a ouvert ses portes au sein de l'important projet de développement Avalon à Atlanta en octobre 2014. Détenu et géré par le groupe de gestion The Indigo Road, l'Oak Steakhouse Atlanta arbore un tout nouveau look différent des steakhouses traditionnels et propose des plats contemporains ainsi que des classiques dans un environnement moderne et raffiné. Le menu du chef Eric Zizka met l'accent sur les ingrédients régionaux issus de fournisseurs, de fermes et de pêcheurs des alentours. First time there, got there after the Mother’s Day rush when everyone was paying and restaurant was emptying out. My mom and I ordered Ceasar salads with salmon cooked medium, my youngest got waffles-they came out ice cold, husband and father got burgers- both cold, and oldest got a Ceasar with steak cooked medium- cold.. took over an hour to get food, our order wasn’t complicated dishes. We asked about 50 mins in when our food would arrive and was told 3 mins. 12 mins later we got our food. It was very disappointing since we were celebrating Mother’s Day and this was our only experience planned for the day. The manager took care of half of the bill but unfortunately we won’t be back.

I don’t know what is happening at Oak. Have been going there for years now and it has always been one of our favorites. The last four times we’ve been, the wait for food has been outrageous. Yesterday we waited over an hour after placing our order. Noticed that it was the same situation for other tables around us. Seems like it has become the new norm here. Will be trying out other places now.

We dined with a group of 7 on Mother's Day 2024. I wasn't told ahead of time that the regular menu wouldn't be available. Mother's Day menu was quite limited. Food arrived cold. We didn't complain as restaurant was packed for Mother's Day and our server was obviously doing the best she could. When we dined with a group of 15 on Thanksgiving 2022, the regular menu was available as well as a holiday special. The food and service that day were both outstanding. Not likely to ever return on a holiday.

We dined here for our anniversary dinner. Our server, Cam, was friendly and professional. We split the bisque and a Caesar for apps and I appreciated them splitting it in the kitchen. We each had a steak ( me filet husband boneless ribeye ) . I enjoyed the simple but delicious seasoning along with a slight char. We had asparagus, mushrooms and puréed potatoes as the sides. All were very good. To our surprise , Cam brought out a complimentary key lime baked Alaska to help us celebrate the anniversary. It was amazing - light and flavorful. We will definitely be back ( this was our first visit )

As always it was a great meal. Danny was our server and he gave us wonderful service. We started with Oysters Rockefeller and pan seared scallops yum. The salmon and loaded mashed potatoes were delicious. They sent out poached pears which we enjoyed. In all it was a wonderful dinner.

The staff was excellent handling our needs. Our original preference was the private dining area but it became unavailable. The hostess worked with us to change the reservation and the staff subsequently helped as we approached the date of the reservation. Our schedule changed and we arrived early and they were able to accommodate our party of 14. The food was excellent.

Steak was way overcooked. Was supposed to be medium But was served well done. Also didn’t seem like a good cut. Bathrooms were horrible. Ladies was disgusting ( according to wife). Men’s bathroom out of towels. An employee walked out as I was walking in… not sure how he dried his hands? Service ( waiter) was good tho. This is first bad review I’ve written.

Wonderful experience and evening! We were celebrating a special event and they went above and beyond for us, making our evening spectacular. Our waiter, Sam was wonderful and had great recommendations and was very attentive. Sergio the GM and Debbie went above and beyond in ensuring our evening was special and one to remember. The food speaks for itself, it is incredible, can’t get wrong with any pairing. We hope to celebrate here again soon!

Good was ok, service was great. Their prices are outrageous and you don’t even get a table cloth. Your better off at Bones or McKendricks. The atmosphere is better and you would save a couple hundred dollars. Over all the experience was a thumbs down!

Went to Oak Steakhouse for our 30th Anniversary. Service was exceptional. Meal was started with complimentary champagne. We shared a Tomahawk Ribeye with sides and everything was delicious. Complimentary desert as well with a custom sign including our names and acknowledging our anniversary. They created a memorable night for us!

The wine list offers very limited to non-existent Rosé options. We chose a Pinot Gris from Alsace. Unfortunately, it had begun turning and after a couple of sips it tasted like vinegar. We switched to a Rioja. Nothing special. We ordered quite a few starters. The carpaccio was indifferent. Everyone had steak for main. 4 out of 6 were poorly cooked. Wrong temperature and very salty. One of them was burned and was not edible. We raised the issue with our server but to our surprise nothing was taken out of our bill. They did offer us free desserts but in my opinion this cannot make up for badly cooked steak. The total bill for 6 was $1000. Bad VFM. Not recommended.
