We frequently drive through Oak Glen on return trips from the Desert area toward LA - primarily to eat at Oak Glen Steakhouse. Food is excellent and service extraordinary. Comparable to the best anywhere.

Really excellent food and a good variety of choices. The service was excellent although it was clear they were somewhat short staffed - but the bartender, server and host did a fabulous job

Hair in food then very long wait for replacement. Rest of party finished meals. Dessert was burned. Service sometimes very slow. Personnel very nice, apologetic but seemed overwhelmed. Felt that meal with hair, which was replaced, should have been a “no charge” considering the very, very long wait. We were, at least, not charged for dessert.

Besides the hostess saying I didn't have a reservation; our experience was great! Great food, great waitress, great dining experience. Will definitely be back!
