Great new place on Oak Street. Great bar and bar seating with some large TVs for viewing sports, as well as nice style of restaurant seating. The fish tacos were very good, as well as the burger and chicken sandwich. Great value for the size of the portions and sides served. And we dined there on Monday where unbeknownst to us before we arrived, they have half price off all wine and wine bottles all day (up to $69)…what a great deal. Great service, comfortable and a little more upscale casual feel, and overall great value. This definitely will become a regular spot for us moving forward.

It was our first time trying Oak and Main. The staff was great, pleasant and engaging and checked in with us regularly. The food was amazing as well as the cocktails. I will make a return trip.

Very interesting menu. Meatball appetizer was outstanding, chicken sandwich was very tasty but fries were cold. Tomato soup was very tasty too. Very good wine list. Short but several very good wines with great variety. Will go back soon.

Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. He had excellent suggestions and was very attentive. Food was excellent. Will definitely dine there again!

We gave you another chance, food much better, didn’t bother with dessert. Our waitress was outstanding, very interested in making us happy.

Very nice addition to Roanoke downtown Restaurants. Food was very good, we were really looking forward to chocolate lava cake as shown on the online menu, but waitress hadn’t heard of that but did bring very good chocolate cake.

We loved everything especially our server Brandon. The cocktails were amazing and the dishes are all a bit unique and different. We will be back again soon.

Great food, fast service & energetic vibe. Sports bar area, but also family-friendly. Tatum was an amazing server to our group of 5 & helped make the experience great! Would recommend making a reservation as it gets super busy in downtown Roanoke on the weekends.

Rory, our server, was a delight. Great menu variety. We’re from the Southeast so we tried the fried green tomatoes, we’ve had better. Our entrees made up for the app; the meatloaf and beef burgundy were delish! We’ll come back.

First visit last night and it was great! Had 2 different cocktails and both were delicious! The prime rib queso was so good!!

My husband and I went for his birthday for lunch. It was raining so was not very busy, which contributed to how quiet it was. Jim provided excellent service. The manager stopped by and made sure everything was going well. The food was top notch and we loved the lobster Mac and cheese and the coconut shrimp. We got a birthday chocolate cake, which was DIVINE. Definitely would make the drive again, for the service and the food!!!

We ordered the Spicy Honey baked Brie with toasted baguette, however they were burnt and too hard to eat. The Caesar salad was delish I ordered the Barramundi, with roasted potatoes and roasted Brussel sprouts: all were delish My friend ordered the Fiah and Chips- which was soggy and couldn’t be eaten; however the manager had another one made that was done correctly Our waiter was amazing and very attentive. Definitely a 4 out of 5 stars

We had a great experience for our first time. We were seated for our reservations immediately even though it was super busy. Food from the app to the desert was amazing. Our waitress was exceptional. They had a good team serving food and drinks. We will definitely return.

We had the Barramundi fish entree and it was cooked to perfection. Food came out hot! Will be back. I will say it is noisy due to atmosphere.

It looks so great! Table was comfortable. Menu is fantastic and everything was delicious! We had Brussels, the tenderloin, prime rib sandwich & chocolate cake. All fantastic!!

Overall experience was great. Greg our server was very attentive and engaged. I would visit again, it’s a good neighborhood type place.

My wife had the meatballs and they were definitely a 10/10. I had the fish & chips and they were probably a 7/10. The fish was a little oily but still had tremendous flavor. The chips, or fries, were oily saturated. You could hold a fry at one end and it would sag because it was not crisp. That would be my only complaint.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! The server was extremely attentive, the food was fantastic (though the queso could be improved) and the atmosphere was great. Another great addition to Roanoke.

We had excellent service and the food was great as were the drinks. The kitchen struggled to keep up but for the second Saturday they’ve been open, that isn’t shocking. They’ll get it figured out! We’ll definitely be back to sit in bartender Greg’s section.

First time eating at this restaurant, and everything was wonderful. Service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Really good value for what you got and we will absolutely return.

Brand new to downtown Roanoke... Very nice addition to the town! It fills a gap in cuisine for sure (in our opinion). I'll let you review the menu to see what I'm talking about. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent, service friendly and engaged, very lively crowd on a Friday night. We will add this to our rotation for sure. For those that haven't made the trek to Roanoke you'd be blown away the the number and quality of this little town's restaurants! We live in Westlake and are here a couple nights a week.

Great atmosphere. Upbeat but not noisy. The shrimp cocktail was delicious, as were the tenderloin and peach chutney chicken. Patio seating was full so we ate inside and our server, Tyra, took great care of us. We’ll be back!
