It was not what the Michelin guide says. gambas under cooked. carrot under cooked, mushrooms were soggy, maybe had an off night. We were disappointed.

Nice ambiance but they are touting sustainability with a menu that is riddled with Meat, Seafood and Dairy. And when you ask them to remove the dairy elements that is not possible!

Lovely restaurant on the hotel strip. More “novelle” than ethnic Yucatan. Beautiful presentation but food not unusual.

Fue una de mis peores experiencias, era mi XV aniversario reserve desde hace 15 dias y el día de la cena, me enviaron un mensaje para confirmar, llegando a la cena, me recibieron el auto, me pasaron a la mesa y ya sentado me dijeron que no tenían internet, ni cobro con tarjeta, es decir solo efectivo, desconozco el motivo solo que PUDIERON AVISARME ANTES

Queremos aclarar que esto se debió a un corte de internet que afectó a toda la zona. Estamos tomando medidas para evitar que esto ocurra nuevamente y mejorando los protocolos de comunicación para que nuestros clientes estén informados con antelación.
