Ambiance and service were excellent. Drinks were excellent. Amenities very good. The menu was good but could be more creative and localized.

We enjoyed the beautiful space, food and service. The shuttle service was quite nice as well. It was a pleasant surprise!

Our second visit and again we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! This has to be one of the best foodie experiences in the BVI's. Will be back.

Such a beautiful place to dine with amazing views and food. Service could be better, never should you have to pour your own wine while dining or ask for water in glasses to be filled. At a luxury resort like this I would expect more attention to detail on service. If your staying at another resort and catching ferry, be cautious, Oil Nut Bay ferry did not follow schedule and we waited almost an hour for boat ride back to dock to be picked up. We had to ride back with staff on a boat after they closed and they didn’t seem to care we had to wait. Luckily Little Dix Bay Resort had car waiting for us almost an hour because they worry about the care of their guests .

The property is very nice. The view is excellent. Food was very good. Service need to pay more attention to requests of customers and have more knowledge on the description of food. For example, the cheesecake dessert had blueberries on top, she told us it had mango on top. We requested not to put any topping and she said it was ok. When it was served it came with the blueberries topping. It is a hi end restaurant and this things make a difference. Also waiter needs to be more friendly and be preoccupied if everything is good on the table.

Most importantly, Nova is accessible from the main portion of VG only by boat or helicopter. A free ferry runs from Gun Creek to Nova, currently hourly on the half hour (some gaps). The view of the North Sound islands is superb. The food was very tasty. Our server Ruby was wonderful.
