Everyone has a favorite dish at North. Every day, our Chefs start from scratch to create handmade pizza and pasta using only the best ingredients to craft inspired dishes from the garden, farm, and sea. North defines the standards for handcrafted Italian. Our menu offers a great selection of antipasti (daily soup, charcuterie, bruschetta), salads full of seasonal ingredients, and a main entrée menu driven by both traditional Italian cuisine and lighter fresh fish dishes. North is a great neighborhood spot for family and friends to meet and share a handcrafted experience. From the food to the service, at North every detail matters. Great food. Spicy on the menu is not spicy at all. Dolce Vita drink is refreshing.

Kitchen was totally out of sorts - entree came before our salads. We asked that all main courses be refired rather than just be kept warm. The entrees were brought out again and were cold. We sent the entrees back and had to wait again for our entrees which were all brought out again at different times rather than than together. Disappointing kitchen service. We will return because this has never happened before.

I Liked everything except it was only 2 of us. We ordered a salad, pizza, a pasta, Bronzino, and a side, and everything came out at once. I would’ve liked things to come in courses. That would be my only complaint.

Great food! I’ve been to the El Segundo location numerous times, the Santa Monica location didn’t disappoint. Food was tasty as well! Great service.

My party was over 9 people which meant the waiters received 18% tip. The service we received did not justify 18%. Drinks came really late. Inattentive service over all. I found myself having to keep asking for items that should have been bought out to begin with. Food was great but over all, the waiting staff performed mediocre.

On a Friday evening, the food was quite good, but the restaurant was nearly full and very noisy. The size of the crowd was presumably the cause of slow service. Service was, however, very friendly.
