North Italia at Paseo One, Del Mar is one of our favorite restaurants. Quality of food is outstanding and customer service is second to none. Very nice ambiance.

Nice meal . I had advised of celebration of a birthday and also anniversary and server was not aware. Kind of frustrating when u go to trouble of advising event and then server or restaurant knows nothing about it.

The server was great, but the bartenders were more interested in talking to each other than making drinks. We left after waiting 20 minutes for our cocktails.

I’ll start by saying the Manager and wait staff were great, but the food was completely forgettable. Very overpriced for what it was and things came out in the wrong order, was very slow (calamari appetizer came out and 10 minutes later the burrata appetizer followed, but they were both ordered at the same time) food was cold, I can’t say how disappointing the food was. We had a second part of our party at another table, and they also experienced delays in their food and also things coming out of order. We booked an outside table and were told that they were overbooked yet the patio was table after table open. The hostess was unwilling to make things work to honor our reservation that had made weeks in advance so the manager stepped in to help. The manager said they had a lot of walk-ins which affected things, but we saw many open tables. Overall, it really disappointing and overpriced meal.

Great experience - good food and service. Eggplant starter, arugula salad with salmon cooked perfectly, Sicilian Margarita was great (good bartender tonight)… and excellent new waiter, Sergio, did a great job!

First time at this location although we live the Fashion Valley one. Great food and good service here as well. Nice ambiance too.
