8pm reservation. Seated promptly. Food and service are always excellent! Highly recommend the Scallops entree. The noise level was quite loud, but everything else was excellent! Can’t wait to return!

Food was cold. Not warm. Cold. Had to send it back took forever and by the time we got our food we had to shove it down to get back to work. No sorry from anyone or reduction in our tab. Waitress didnt care. Its a take it or leave it attitude here.

When we got there a sever sat us and said he will take our drinks order and a sever name Erica will be our sever . We waited for 10-15 mins looking around making eye contact with any sever that were ready waiting patiently a lady came to the table and just asked if we were ok ? Note that’s all she said we didn’t know who she was ? A sever a busser who knows we answered yes we’re ok she walk away. Another 15 mins pass on finally I got inpatient I got someone attention asked who is Erica because we want to order our food. This lady help us her name was Mya. She was great she took our order and also with a smile also said happy mother day to me .. after she put in our order our appetizer came out finally Erica came to the table and said she came and asked if we were ok confronting us like we did something wrong frist of all her not admitted she was wrong by not introducing herself to us when she came up to us didn’t greet us didn’t ask if we were ready to order or stating that she is our sever!! How do we know she was Erica ..she just asked us if we were ok and that’s it no introducing herself anyways I wanted Mya to be our sever because she give us great costumer service and made me feel welcome there. I just didn’t like how Erica didn’t acknowledge she made us wait almost 30 mins all because she asked if we were ok?If that’s her way to greet a new table ?? Was the way to let costumer know she Erica that blows my mind At the end of the night I know everyone is busy but it wasn’t even Mya section and she wasn’t our sever she still took care of us with a smile so I found her before we left and tipped her extra for making my night better !

Pretty impressive place; from the caller who held our reservation when we were late, to our waitress Rachel, to the great coffee cake with plantains. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect Mother's day 💐

We’ve gone before on a weekend and expected it to be busy. What we didn’t expect is to go on a Wednesday dinner and it was as if it was a weekend! We had reservations so we got seated in a good amount of time. The service was a tad slow. Our starter plates took a while to arrive,our second starter plate arrived shortly after our entrees arrived. Everything was wonderful! Our waiter was very nice,just a tad hard to find him at tines. Overall,our experience was good

Always have good food and a good experience at North Italia. This is the first time for Brunch. Good but dinner choices are definitely much better.

Great date night dinner! We had an appetizer with burrata over bread with pistachios and fix purée. Wow! We had salmon entree and barramundi entree and they split into two plates. Both were excellent in flavor and texture. I really like this place and we will come back.

The service was horrible. 20-30 minutes in between seeing our waiter from drinks to ordering to dessert to checking out. My pizza and wine was amazing!!! Bolognese was fair, lemoncello was fair and the veggie noodle dish was not correct.

We enjoyed the food, but it was loud at the time we arrived. We were disappointed that we ordered a drink on the menu, and waited a while before finding out they were out of an important ingredient to make the drink. The same thing happened with our main course. The server made a recommendation, which we ordered, and then we were told afterwards, that they were out.

We celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect! Our waitress, Mya, could not have been more kind and attentive- she made sure we had a special night and surprised us with an incredible dessert! Highly recommended for a fun evening and delicious food!

We decided to sit on the patio to enjoy the weather, the food was outstanding along with the service even thought we were not in the main dining room. Will definitely be back.

Our server was nice but service was slow. Heads up - can’t make reservation on the patio but we were able to sit out there when we arrived for our reservation. The food was ok but I thought overpriced for what it was. Large portions. I got the breakfast carbonara and I did not care for it. They served it with a shell pasta instead of spaghetti which wasn’t as good. They also put large cubes of pancetta which was gross and I had to pick out.

Another amazing experience at North Italia- Plano! I brought guests from out of state who recently toured Italy and loved your establishment. Special thanks to your host/hostess staff, our server Simon, manager Alex, and most of all to the staff behind the curtain, i e. your kitchen staff, food prep, dish washers etc. As a former phantom diner in MSP, I give North Italia five stars. I love the spirit of hospitality that is felt from the moment guests walk in to their departure . Your team cares, which is a reflection of your organization's respect for every employee regardless of rank from the top down. We shall return soon! Thank you!

Great food, great service, we really enjoy this restaurant. I think the squid ink pasta is the best dish on the menu.

The seating process was a nightmare. I checked in at 645 for a 7pm reservation and headed for the bar to wait. Walked back at 655 and let them know we were all ready. Time ticked by. We were told that the previous party had paid but not vacated the table and there was nothing to be done. After repeated requests to sit at another empty table, we finally just sat down in a booth ourselves at 720. We watched and the other party didn't vacate until 740, how is that acceptable? We also observed many other people struggling to be seated. Ugh
