Check in staff were not able to seat us a few minutes early in a booth because of lack of wait staff and the table and booth were wet and needed to be wiped down. The passion tea had absolutely no flavor. The food was good and our waitress was accommodating.

the service and the ambiance was great, the food, unfortunately was not. this is the third time i’ve been to North Italia - Plano where the food has not been good. the pasta was overcooked and lukewarm when it was served. let’s hope they figure out the issue soon.

Food is phenomenal- I had the branzino. Truffle bread is amazing. Tastes of other meals around our table were excellent as well.

This restaurant & location is now one of my favorite restaurants in the DFW!! Went there for the 1st time on 6/23/24. Audrey was our waitress. She was awesome & brings with her such a gentle character & sincere care. Got the Italian Farm salad. Wow!! Y’all should go check ‘em out!
