Literally the worst experience I’ve had eating out in a while. Ordered bread, and after 6 attempts they still didn’t have it right. Ordered an entree with some items left out, it had to be remade; bc it came out with items I’d asked to be omitted. Salmon for the salad was bland and boring.

This was my first time to North Italia. I went there for lunch and was very pleased with the food, service and the huge patio. They have a great by-the-glass wine menu if you are interesting in trying some excellent Italian wines.

Came here for the first time with friends and thoroughly impressed! Food was next level, patio was awesome, cocktails were terrific! Will be back!

We loved our server and the food was amazing! We had the HEIRLOOM TOMATO & BURRATA appetizer, WHITE TRUFFLE GARLIC BREAD, chicken parm, and bolognese and it was delicious. The patio is also super cute!

Service was non existent until manager came over and took over Very pleasant and apologetic and did comp food. Been there before and great will go back just one of those days

It was my birthday, I didn’t feel special that day. The food was good but I feel like there could’ve been something complimentary as an appetizer for the price you are paying. I liked the ambiance but I feel like the servers could pay attention more to the guests. No questions were asked if we are celebrating anything- mind you I put in on our reservation that it was my birthday.

It started off a little shaky, the service was slow considering it was Mother’s Day……but Anca (manager) come by our table and apologized for the delay and explained why, and also that she understood the experience was the most important part. I have never had a Manager be that sincere, and warm . I told her I was coming back for Father’s Day because of her. Thanks Anca for being genuine.
