As usual, wonderful food, good ambience and a great Italian wine list. A problem arose tonight at the end of the meal when we presented the server with three $20 bonus cards. The server processed only one of the three bonus cards. We were not told that only one of the three bonus cards was used and therefore overpaid the bill by $40. The unused bonus cards were not returned to us or otherwise disclosed. We failed to catch the mistake immediately. But we did speak to a manager, not to complain about the server, but rather to reclaim our $40 in bonus cards. Instead of receiving the slightest bit of customer service, we received a blank stare and were made to feel as if it was our problem to solve. We were told that only $20 in bonus cards could be used at a time. That restriction is not in the fine print disclosed at the time of purchase of the gift cards . We were then told the server discarded the $40 in gift cards we provided and told us they had been destroyed. Rather than apologizing or offering to re-print out the gift cards that were destroyed, we were told it was our problem and that we should search our email inbox and attempt to print out the cards again. In short, it was not the restaurant’s problem. Very disappointing not to feel valued as a customer whether we had overpaid by $40 or by something much more. The entire experience tonight is a testament to the idea that it takes more than good food, ambience, and an Italian wine list to make a restaurant an enjoyable experience.

Restaurant is very noisy and not condusive to intimate conversation. Meatball appetizer was barely lukewarm. Calamari appetizer was mediocre, at best.Bar drinks were very slow in coming. Salads were tasty and delicious. Floor service was excellent, but kitchen was slow in getting out our orders. In short, the experience and food was not worth the high bill we had to pay.

We don't usually like to eat at chain restaurants, but this is the exception! The service, the drinks, the food, and the vibe are great! I get the Aperol Spritz and Pasta Bolognese Sauce (Rigatoni) every time! Next best thing to Italy!

We ate outside and had wonderful service by Mikala. She explained the menu and told us her favorite pasta dish which we got and it was fabulous. We had a great dinner. I would highly recommend it.

North Italia never disappoints. Food and service are always top notch. I added pepperoni to the Naples White pizza and was in heaven. My friend ordered the Chicken Pesto pasta and raved about it.

Tried the new crushed meatball spaghetti and it was quite good! Would get it again and will be back. The chicken parm is also excellent!

North Italia rocks. Very nice atmosphere, very elevated food. Consistently good every time. Bolognese pasta every time. Pizza also really good. Let’s go!

We were seated right next to an active patio door that servers used to service those eating outside. It was a slightly chilly day so we got blasted with cold air every 60 seconds - when the door was opened. Those seated outside had space heaters. No one was outside when we were seated so we didn’t know it was an issue until our food arrived and it was too late.

Not my best visit to this restaurant. First pizza I’ve had there and was not my favorite meal. Great crust but toppings sparse. Food took too long to arrive. The Mojito Italiano was delicious!

Delicious ! Very accommodating and willing to go the extra mile for special requests. I asked for something not on the menu and it was no problem and delicious. Fresh zucchini noodles with garlic and olive oil. We sat by the outdoor bar and was waited on right away by many employees. Everyone from the time we walked in was so kind and smiling. Great vibe, good prices. Burrata appetizer was fresh and delicious!

Love the restaurant, I understand it was Easter Sunday and very busy. Drinks were long in coming and can only compare to the couple seated directly next to me - different server and I couldn't help the difference in timing and small amenities such as kindly packing leftovers for the diners unlike being handed a container as I was and even the act of saying "can I bring you a bag? " , again unlike my experience. Just my take. Thank you
