The service was great, no complaints. We liked the indoor/outdoor feel of this location. The food was SO SALTY, to the point that it was unenjoyable for 4/6 guests. Also, one of our group required gluten-free noodles and the noodles looked like something that had sat in a pan and dried out for a long period covered in extra salty sauce. If you are going to upcharge for gluten-free options, the options should decent. The pizza ordered by one of our party was good. Overall, it felt like very below average food at a high price point.

Bugs flying all around the restaurant, food not hot, orders not followed with an allergy, long wait for food, server not attentive for drink refills, dessert offered but awful. Since bugs are prevalent in our area keeping the doors closed would be the best thing especially when serving food and a restaurant. Manager did not tell the truth about my order. Did not offer to take it off the bill . No customer service!!

This is always one of my go to restaurants for date night. I love the simple salad and the shrimp scampi. Also their cappuccinos are some of my favorite. The service is always great and the food is consistent. When I finally have a night without the kids, I know I’ll have a good time at North Italia.

Have been to this restaurant many times and this was the worst experience dining here we have ever had. After ordering food , it took well over 40 minutes before it arrived. The manager even stopped by and apologized for the delay.Once the food did arrive,, the pasta on all our orders was undercooked- to the point of being crunchy. The one fish dish also had problems in that it was overcooked. Either the staff in the kitchen doesn’t know how to cook or they simply don’t care. Either way not planning on returning to North Italia anytime soon.

This was a very crowded night. Our magarita pizzas were not the usual. The kitchen ran out of pasta for my husband’s bolognese and substituted something that was hard and not appetiizng. The caesar dressing had a strong anchovie taste. Having eaten at several different NI this was just an off night. Service was great! We will be back.

My pasta was under cooked .. they brought me another dish .. same situation. I shared it’ with the waitress .. she didn’t have a resolution Basically, tossed the pasta kinda bummed
